If relaxation is what you are after, this unique home away from home along the Costa Blanca coast is the ideal spot to put your feet up. Located in Calpe, this villa lets you soak up every minute of the iconic weather in the area, in other words, the year-round sun – the area is known to have 3,000 hours of sun a year!
The exterior of the home is full of character, the stucco-clad walls circular walls, the flat roof and the archway windows give this home a unique appearance. The interior is just as quirky, with light lemon walls and exposed beams throughout the home. The archway windows offer stunning vistas from various rooms.
There is plenty of space for the whole group, whether they are spread out in one of the two living rooms or dining rooms, everyone can have their own slice of solitude. There are also two kitchens in this villa, both of which are fully-equipped for all your needs. One kitchen has a gas hob, gas oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, mixer, toaster and juicer and the other has a gas hob, gas oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and juicer. There is also a washing machine in one of the kitchens. Natural light runs throughout the home, with the living spaces being positioned with optimal views of the surrounding hills.
After everyone has relaxed, eaten and repeated all day long, they can rest their weary eyes in one of the four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have double beds, and the other two have two single beds. The bathrooms, both bright and airy each have a washbasin, toilet and bidet, one has a bath and the other a shower.
After a long day of relaxing, or swimming in the private pool, a feast can be cooked up on the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed looking out over the stunning views. After all, what better way to relax than with good food, good drink and good company.
This villa is located in a hilly, residential area just five kilometres from the nearest town, Calpe, and the nearest beach, Arenal Bol.This villa is located along the Costa Blanca, which is 200 kilometres of Mediterranean coastline in the Alicante province of Spain. This coast is an incredibly popular tourist destination because of the crystal-clear beaches, many of which hold EEC blue flags because they are so clean, safe and accessible. It is also a renowned holiday spot because of the weather, think long, hot summers and short, mild winters. Along the Costa Blanca, the average afternoon temperature is 20 degrees, all year round.  
This villa is located five kilometres from Calpe, a town along the Costa Blanca coast that is known for its picturesque sandy beaches and sea pools, and its rich history with medieval ruins, like that of the Pobla de Ifac. Voyagers and settlers have been attracted to this town throughout history, and it is all of this history that offers plenty of stunning attractions, including the ancient town centre next to the Moorish quarter and the Iglesia Vieja church, Valencia’s only remaining example of Mudejar-Gothic architecture. Calpe also offers a variety of cuisine that reflects the history and civilisations that have lived in this area, such as Celts, Iberians, Greeks, Romans and Muslims.
Calpe is located at the heart of the Costa Blanca, and other towns along the coast are easily accessible by the A-7 motorway, such as Benissa, Javea and Moraira.
