Spread over two floors, Villa Aurelia boasts ample space for eight guests, with spacious, open-plan living spaces, accompanied by peaceful nooks, where guests can take private moments to themselves.
The main living/dining area can be found on the ground floor, with a contemporary open-plan kitchen providing everything you may need to whip up some family feasts, or a picnic to take on a day-trip to the beach.
As we all know a long day doing nothing can be utterly exhausting, so the four bedrooms are suitably designed to allow guests to fully relax and settle in for a long night’s sleep, with no need for an alarm in the morning!
Two bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, with a further bedroom on the lower ground floor, alongside a cosy living room with a sofa bed and a separate small kitchen.
Located 3km from the nearest beach, Villa Aurelia is the perfect base for exploring the Costa Blanca coastline. Should you decide to spend the day at the villa, a spacious private swimming pool is on offer, with stunning sea views all the way to the horizon.
The outdoor barbeque is hard to resist, as you picture yourself post-swim, enjoying a barbeque of fresh, local cuisine prepared and enjoyed poolside, making the most of the warm climate and long evenings.This villa is located along the Costa Blanca, which is 200 kilometres of Mediterranean coastline in the Alicante province of Spain. This coast is an incredibly popular tourist destination because of the crystal-clear beaches, many of which hold EEC blue flags because they are so clean, safe and accessible. It is also a renowned holiday spot because of the weather, think long, hot summers and short, mild winters. Along the Costa Blanca, the average afternoon temperature is 20 degrees, all year round.  
This villa is located just eight kilometres from Calpe, a town along the Costa Blanca coast that is known for its picturesque sandy beaches and sea pools. The charming Cala Baladrar beach is just a short 3km drive from the villas front door, along with popular restaurants within walking distance. Voyagers and settlers have been attracted to this town throughout history, and it is all of this history that offers plenty of stunning attractions, including the ancient town centre next to the Moorish quarter and the Iglesia Vieja church, Valencia’s only remaining example of Mudejar-Gothic architecture. Calpe also offers a variety of cuisine that reflects the history and civilisations that have lived in this area, such as Celts, Iberians, Greeks, Romans and Muslims.
