This luxury villa in Benissa, along the Costa Blanca coast in Spain, is the perfect location if you are seeking sun, solitude and sophistication. Days can start with a fresh juice, sitting out on the balcony as the sea-breeze gives a much-needed respite from the Spanish sun. After a day exploring the coast or lounging by the pool, you can relax in the Jacuzzi, vino in hand while a feast is prepared on the barbeque. Bliss!
This villa is incredibly spacious and airy inside, with open plan living creating an incredible flow through the home. Air-conditioning throughout the home is much needed in this warm climate, especially through the bedrooms. The living spaces are modern and uncluttered. You can enjoy the morning news with your first coffee of the day as you marvel in the view from the dining room or living room.
The kitchen, equally as modern and airy has everything you need to feel at home such as an electric hob, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine, mixer, toaster and juicer.
After a long day exploring or relaxing in the sun, you need somewhere to rest your weary eyes. The five bedrooms in this villa offer plenty of space to sleep, and there is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Three of the five bedrooms offer a double bed, and one has an en-suite. Another has a sofa bed, one the other has bunk beds.
Other than the en-suite, which has a single washbasin, shower and toilet, is a bathroom with a single washbasin, bath and toilet. There is also a guest toilet.
The outdoor area of this home is stunning, with a large private pool and an outdoor seating and dining area that surrounds the pool. While this spot is in a residential area, the non-invasive fencing and positioning of the house give you complete privacy and solitude.
This stunning villa is centrally located, near the towns of Benissa and Calpe and the nearest beach, Cala Fustera, is just one kilometre away. The Costa Blanca is a popular tourist destination because of its location along the Mediterranean Sea and also its year-round good weather. With 3,000 hours of sun a year, and an afternoon average of 20 degrees all year round, it’s a holiday spot to put on your list for any season.
While this villa is located in the town of Benissa, the closest town is actually Calpe, which is just four kilometres away. The town of Calpe is renowned for sandy beaches such as Playa de la Fossa, Playa del Albir, Altea Beach and Cala Fustera. The town also has an incredibly rich history, with its position on the coast having attracted many voyagers and settlers throughout history. There have even been remains of Iberian tribes found around the town. The rich history and variation of civilisations in Calpe mean it has cuisines that reflect the history and civilisations that have lived in this area, such as Celts, Iberians, Greeks, Romans and Muslims.
Benissa is not much further away, and this town is one of the oldest along the Costa Blanca. The town also boasts a rich history, a lot of which has been largely preserved. Whether you are wandering the narrow streets, exploring the plazas and admiring the church, castle and ruins nearby it can feel as though you have stepped back in time.
Because of its location along the Costa Blanca, the villa is within short driving distance to other nearby towns that along the Costa Blanca coastline, such as Denia, Javea, and Moraira that are within 40 minutes of Benissa. These spots all offer more historic towns, coastal villages and picturesque beaches for short day trips.
