The villa interiors are both stylish and spacious, set over three levels with five attractive bedrooms plus four bath or shower rooms allowing up to 12 guests to stay here. The main living and dining space is bright and airy opening up to a brilliantly equipped kitchen, whilst doors lead out to a magnificent terrace for al-fresco dining with lovely views. Contemporary furnishings, underfloor heating and air-conditioning throughout give Casa Nilah a modern vibe yet with a great sense of comfort throughout.
The terraced gardens are a joy to spend time in – soak up the authenticity of your surroundings with olive trees, summer flowers and even horses beyond the swimming pool. Admire views towards the sea from the upper terrace or look out to the countryside around you as you swim in the 12m long pool. There are games for the children whilst grown-ups can enjoy an extra touch of decadence in the inflatable hot tub. You’ll also find many pretty spots for a quiet glass of chilled Verdicchio as you gaze out at Le Marche’s rolling hills.
It’s just a 3km drive to the local fishing village, now a much-loved seaside resort with sandy-pebbly beaches, plenty of atmospheric summer restaurants, a pine forest and a wonderful beachside promenade for long strolls or cycle rides along the shore.
Find blue-flagged beaches all along this stretch of coastline from Civitanova Marche to the palm-fringed resorts of the Riviera delle Palme or discover the natural beauty of the idyllic Conero Regional Park with its hard-to-reach beaches – a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.
Then there’s the wonderful ancient towns of Le Marche such as Fermo, Macerata and Ascoli Piceno, not to mention the extraordinary landscapes of the Sibillini Mountains, just perfect for hiking, mountain biking and horse-riding. Whether soaking up the sun on one of the many beaches, discovering historic treasures or admiring the region’s natural beauty, Casa Nilah is superbly located for a memorable holiday in Le Marche. In the Fermo province of Le Marche, Casa Nilah enjoys a countryside location just 3km from an attractive seaside resort. With glorious stretches of shoreline as well as pretty hilltop villages and historic towns so close, it’s a great base for getting to know this beautiful part of Italy.
In the nearby area there is a small supermarket and a bakery just over a kilometre or continue on to the local resort for a variety of shops, useful amenities and a great range of restaurants, including summer lidos on the beach. The beach itself is a mixture of sand and pebbles, backed by a picturesque promenade which is perfect for long walks and cycling along the coast. Cool off from the hot summer sun amongst the pine trees in the forest just north of the main part of the village.
Nearby Civitanova Marche (9km) also features a mixture of summer beach clubs and public areas whilst the fishing port is an atmospheric spot to wander around. There are plenty of stylish shops in the town and an overall pleasant ambience – this region is also known for its Italian shoe production with a number of large shops on the outskirts. It is also worth visiting hilltop Civitanova Marche Alta with its historic architecture and modern art gallery.  
This stretch of Le Marche coastline boasts a high number of Blue Flag beaches with resorts such as Pedaso, Cupra Marittima and Grottammare about half an hour to forty minutes away. Heading north, the incredible natural beauty of the Riviera del Conero is also waiting to be explored, a paradise for nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and horse-riding enthusiasts. Idyllic beaches here can often only be accessed via rocky paths or boat and there is a gentle range of watersports available.
There are also so many gems of inland Le Marche – discover the beauty of the rolling hills that surround Fermo (18km), a nearby town with great historic importance, or drive to the magnificent city of Macerata (35km), ome to one of the country’s oldest universities and home to the Sferisterio opera festival every August. The famous town of Ascoli Piceno (60km) can be reached within an hour, well-known for being bathed in travertine marble. Not forgetting the many vineyards of this region producing excellent wines such as Conero red and Verdicchio white.
Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the many opportunities to explore the countryside. Horse-lovers will appreciate the three horses that live beyond the end of the gardens which are sometimes available to ride or head further afield towards the Sibillini mountains for amazing adventures on horse-back, an area also known for its excellent hiking and mountain biking.
