The interior is cosy and comfortable throughout with plenty of space for everyone. Guests can relax in the large living area in front of a crackling fire and there is also a beautiful rustic kitchen and dining area, complete with wood-burning oven.

Outside the grounds are spacious with plenty of areas to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. A large pool and patio offer fabulous outdoor luxury and are the perfect setting for an evening barbecue.
Straddled by the Appenine Mountains smack in the middle of Italy, Umbria is italy’s “green heart” and the fertile soil grows an abundance of delicious produce and extraordinary wines. Jam-packed with charming little hill towns Umbria has so much to see in a relatively small area making exploring quick and easy!
Don’t Miss!
Todi (12 km): Often described as Umbria’s prettiest little hill town, Todi is perched high overlooking the Tiber Valley. The main square is the perfect example of an early medieval piazza, so much so that it’s featured in numerous swashbuckling period films.
Montefalco (30 km): This walled town has amazing views and one of central Italy’s best small galleries, the Museo Civico di San Francesco. The town also boasts their own special wine, Sagrantino di Montefalco, a high-quality red made from a very rare grape variety.
Perugia (33 km): Every summer the world-renowned Umbrian Jazz Festival is held in the region’s capital with live music found down every cobbled lane of this pretty town.
Bevagna (37 km): A tiny serene town with plenty of Roman heritage and great dining options.
Assisi (50 km): The Basilica of San Francesco d’Assisi was built in honour of resident St. Francis of Assisi and is a world heritage site. Assisi is also home to two medieval castles and numerous ancient churches.
Spoleto (55 km): A very romantic town with beautiful churches and a picturesque gorge. Spoleto also hosts a two week festival every summer which was so successful they have started their own version in the Unites States. The festival is a cultural feast with programs ranging from grand opera to conferences on science and economics, classical ballet to experimental theater, chamber music to daily jazz concerts in the town square, mock trials of historical figures such as Freud and Arafat to marionettes, art exhibits to classic and cult cinema.
Valnerina Region (60 km): Undoubtedly the most beautiful part of Umbria with steep wooded valleys, magnificent waterfalls and dramatic craggy mountains.
