Villa Mariane is a gorgeous three story villa located just 10 km away from the wonderful beach town of Senigallia. Nestled on a private plot with wonderful rolling hills as a backdrop Villa Mariane provides lovely accommodation perfect for families as well as groups of friends.
The attractive private garden provides a perfect oasis for rest and relaxation, step down into the large 96 m2 swimming pool or lounge pool side on one of the many sun loungers whilst basking in the glorious Italian sun. Take a seat under one of the many trees for shade or take respite on the terrace, playing a couple of table football. Villa Mariane benefits from an amazing barbecue area which would provide a wonderful opportunity to taste local produce.
Inside Villa Mariane the ground floor provides large but cosy living space a combination of modern and farmhouse styling makes Villa Mariane’s living room a delight to lounge in. Enjoy a glass of wine or two in front of the fire in the evenings. The ground floor is also home to a well equipped modern kitchen diner also marrying the unique traditional design with large beamed ceiling and fashionable blue cabinets and and island.
On the first floor there are three spacious, airy and bright bedrooms with high ceilings and traditional furnishings. This floor is also home to two large modern bathrooms. Upstairs on the second floor there are a further two bedrooms, also large and airy and styled similarly to the other bedrooms guests on this floor share the use of one bathroom.
Villa Mariane provides cosy, modern accommodation offering plenty of space for all of it’s guests. This location is perfect for those who would like to enjoy the beauty views and scenery of the country whilst being close enough to enjoy the delights of the surrounding towns and city of the Marche region.On the scenic Adriatic coast, the seaside town of Senigallia is a charming place which stuns visitors with it’s gorgeous beaches. This popular tourist location is home to many restaurants who prepare excellent seafood dishes featuring the best of the days catch.
The town boasts 12 km of gorgeous fine sand and a long port and promenade and many different bathing establishments. There are areas for children to play whilst basking in the gorgeous Italian sun and plenty of places to have gelato nearby.  
As well as the gorgeous beach there are many places to explore in the town, taste international cuisine at one of the many restaurants or enjoy local dishes from the region.  Take the opportunity to enjoy all of the varied places to eat and sample the delicious sweet treats and wine that Italy is known for.
