A traditional and rustic villa found in the historical region of Cala d’Or, Villa Timoner offers guests a satisfying combination of simple charm and contemporary style. The lounge area is fitted with a pair of eclectic patterned sofas, helping to provide the room with a sense of unique character. The bright white walls are subtly decorated with a collection of unconventional art, adding to the eccentric nature of the whole property. The adjacent dining area follows a cohesive wooden theme, equipped with a widespread wooden dining table and matching chairs. The kitchen also replicates this theme, using a collection of wooden cupboards that are contrasted by a set of sleek utilities. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor. This bedroom contains an expansive double bed as well as an opulent en-suite bathroom. In turn, this bedroom is fully accessible for disabled guests. Moving upstairs, four other bedrooms are located on this floor. The first two bedrooms make use of double beds, making them suitable spaces for couples to sleep each night. Both of these rooms are fitted with deluxe bedspreads that give the room a more homely feel. One of these rooms contains an en-suite bathroom for a more exquisite experience. The other two bedrooms contain a pair of single beds. As a result, these rooms are perfect for younger guests and offer enough space for children to get a peaceful and comfortable night’s sleep. This town is home to the Parish of San Isidro de S’horta de Felantix, an awe-inspiring church that has attracted tourists from around the globe. This church has a traditional cobbled exterior, helping it to blend in effortlessly within this historic Spanish street. Moreover, S’Horta is teeming with unique bars, restaurants, and shopping districts, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy. This property is also just 3.5km from the idyllic Cala Sanau beach. This beach contains warm sands and crystal clear waters but is also surrounded by towering pine trees. This means that it offers a wide range of scenery for guests to explore at their own pace. Cala Sanau beach welcomes guests with open arms, providing free parking facilities and a range of sun loungers and parasols to rent. In addition, there is a quirky beach bar, allowing guests to sip on a cool and refreshing drink as they relax in the sun. Fans of golf will adore the Vall D’or Golf Club, located just a 13-minute drive away from the centre of Cala d’Or. This tremendous 18-hole golf course allows players to enjoy their sport as well as access incredible views of the southeastern coastline. Vall D’or Golf Club presents a course that is suitable for all levels of experience, encouraging both novices and experts to enjoy their time there. This widespread golf course also has a buggy network, meaning that guests can travel around the entire course with ease. Rates are considered to be fairly reasonable, with a standard 18-hole fee costing €112.
