Located along Chemin des Liettes and nestled at the foot of les Grands Montets you can quickly access cross- country trails and downhill ski resorts. Argentiere has a lovely selection of local restaurants and all the essential shops you should need. Argentiere also boasts a well-established ski school and ski shop.   The Chamonix Valley offers unmissable skiing and winter sports at every level.  With its fabulous scenery and stunning landscapes ideal for walking or mountain biking. Chalet Rayonner is the perfect choice for outdoor enthusiasts any time of the year, guests will feel cosseted and relaxed at this warm and welcoming retreat after each exhilarating adventure.
This traditional timber clad chalet boasts modern features, breath taking views and flexible living over two levels it. Outside there is a pretty private garden an expansive balcony and room for parking. Exposed beams, roaring fires and warm wooded floors create a welcoming ambience in the open style living space. Maybe watch TV or chill out on squashy sofas or try out your culinary skills in your bespoke kitchen diner with all the mod cons such as dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge, and kettle and Nespresso machine. Enjoy hearty feasts at the comfortable dining table or fire up the barbeque and enjoy alfresco dining on your terrace. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property.
The simple yet stylish king size master bedroom is a real sanctuary and enjoys balcony access. There is a further gorgeous double bedroom and a flexible family bedroom with a double bed, a set of bunkbeds and balcony access. Last but not least is an Alpine style bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds that kids of all ages are going to love!
The property enjoys a lovely modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a shower room and a separate cloakroom. There are laundry facilities and plenty of space for ski storage.

Chalet Rayonner is in the ideal location to make the most of this extraordinary area. Les Grands Montets has three distinctive zones, the lower mountain area between Argentière Village and the main station of Lognan at 1972m, the mixed alpine terrain from Lognan to Borchard at 2765m and the steeper alpine terrain which includes the Argentière glacier up to 3275m.
Much of the area is above the tree line with the upper skiing areas located on a glacier, accessed by a second cable car. The view from the top lift station is breath-taking with spectacular views of the Argentière glacier and over towards Mont Dolent.
There are 8 main lifts with 2 gondolas, 2 cable cars and 4 chair lifts. Overall there are 4 black runs, 13 red runs, 8 blues and 2 green runs.
Les Grands Montets has the reputation of one of the best off-piste ski areas in the Alps and attracts thrill seekers from around the globe. However, Chamonix also offers novice and intermediate skiers some wonderful training slopes. Les Houches is perfect for beginners with its large upper plateau.
Chamonix is a fully functioning all year round resort. Les Grands Montets offers fabulous scenery, stunning landscapes, ice-falls in the Chamonix Valley, waterfalls and many paths to explore on foot or mountain bike making the area a wonderful place to see throughout the year. There are many attractions to enjoy including a cable car ride to the summit where you can enjoy the L’Aiguille Verte, Les Droites and Les Drus peaks or for a different thrill you can book a tandem paragliding flight from a 3220m altitude. The tree-top climbing Accro Adventure Park and rock-climbing crag in Lac des Gaillands are also not to be missed.
Argentière is a truly charming and authentic village located only a few minutes’ walk from the property. Argentière offers a wonderful selection of local restaurants, patisseries, shops and bars alongside a beautiful Baroque-style church.Argentière is also home to several fantastic hiking paths you can climb up to Lac Blanc for stunning views of Mont Blanc!
The town of Chamonix is 25 minutes’ drive away and is utterly charming with its unique Victorian architecture and pedestrianised town centre. The town is buzzing from early evening when après ski time begins! There is a vast choice of excellent restaurants, bars and music venues and the atmosphere is electric!.
