Spend your holiday living the life of luxury at this modern home away from home that boasts strong Spanish influences. As you enter the home, you will be greeted by a modern, welcoming home. Fresh white walls are adorned by artwork and pops of colour, while the furnishing is comfy yet contemporary – leather lazy boy recliners and sofas and bright and colourful stools and dining chairs.
The living area is perfect for a big group, whether laxing back in the chair or cuddled up on the sofa, everyone can gather around to watch a movie or play a game of cards. Head through the archways and into the beautiful dining room, that opens out to the balcony for sublime indoor-outdoor flow. Mornings can be spent enjoying breakfast at the dining table or feasting on local delicacies with the doors wide open, watching the candyfloss sky.
The kitchen is modern, and bright. There’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a meal, either casually at the breakfast bar or around the smaller dining table in the corner. There’s everything you need to create a divine meal, such as a microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster and plenty of utensils and dishes.
The villa has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight people. Three of the room have double beds, while the fourth has two singles. Each room is spacious and offers places to store your bits and bobs. One of the double bedrooms has its own kitchenette, which makes it perfect for a family or people seeking a little more privacy. The villa has three bathrooms, so there will be fewer arguments over showers in the morning.
This villa is a luxe getaway, so much so that it has its own spa pool and sauna. So, you really can treat yourself.
The outside of this home takes full advantage of the sun, and also the beautiful views, with multiple balconies to enjoy and a private pool that lets you enjoy the view while you swim.

It boasts long, hot summer and mild winters, so it’s the perfect place to visit all year round.
No matter what sort of holiday you are after, you will be able to make it a reality in the Costa Blanca. Long days at the beach, and long nights watching the sunset at a beach bar? There are countless options along the coast, from rocky beaches to sandy spots and areas that are more relaxed to areas that have more going on. The bigger cities of Alicante and Benidorm offer bigger beaches, shopping streets and even theme parks and water parks.
The smaller, untouched towns, like Altea, Calp or Guadalest offer an authentic experience – you may even want to partake in a siesta like the locals.
This villa is located in Calp, a town renowned for stunning sandy beaches and a rich history. A lot of the history comes from the town’s position on the coast, which attracted voguers and settles over the years. This area has been subjected to attacks by pirates during the 14th and 17th centuries, and it wasn’t until the 18th century that peace came, and the town was able to regenerate and become the tourist location it is today. A lot of this history is evident and makes for very entertaining tales as you explore the town.
You have to make sure to explore the medieval ruins, like Pobla de Ifac, the Moorish quarter, and the church known as Iglesia Vieja, Valencias only remaining example of Mudejar-Gothic architecture. There are also many beautiful beaches to visit, such as Playa de la Fosa, Arenal-Bol and La Fossa-Levante.
There’s nothing better than truly embracing the culture through the local cuisine, which in this case is incredibly unique as it reflects the history and civilisations that have lived in this area, such as such as Celts, Iberians, Greeks, Romans and Muslims.
The villa is just 3.2 kilometres from Calp, and 2.7 kilometres from the nearest shop, and 2.9 kilometres from the nearest beach, Cala La Calalga.
