Villa Sabatera Spain

Villa Sabatera would be ideal for 2 families or an extended family wanting to enjoy their holiday together. This lovely villa, situated in a residential area of Moraira, is set up as two separate apartments. On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms, and on the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms. The whole group will enjoy the wonderful outside space but are able to enjoy some private time too.  
Moraira, an old fishing town, is now an upmarket, picturesque resort with a selection of sandy and rocky beaches and intriguing coves, all against a backdrop of the mountains. From the lookout tower near the Cap d’Or you will enjoy spectacular views of the coastline. Moraira is situated between Javea and Calpe. 
The outside space of Villa Sabatera is on different levels. On the lower level, there is a fabulous, large swimming pool with a terrace, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a small dining table and chairs. Just above is another terrace with further sun loungers, parasols, a wonderful outdoor lounge area, a barbecue and several quiet spaces, ideal for reading a book or enjoying a cup of coffee. There are some lovely views from the terraces of the mountains and the valley below. There is covered parking for 2 cars.

The upper level of Villa Sabatera is accessed directly from the street. It is comprised of a charming living room with a corner fireplace and beamed ceiling, which leads to a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It also opens to a covered lounge area and a fabulous terrace overlooking the green valley and the pool. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, one being a double with an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony. The other is a twin bedroom plus there is a separate bathroom with a shower. 

The lower level is accessed from the entrance of the pool. It also has a bright living room, a kitchen and three bedrooms, all with double beds. One has an ensuite bathroom, and the others share a bathroom with a bath. The living room opens to the delightful covered outdoor lounge area. 

Moraira is a beautiful coastal town with traditional Spanish charm between Javea and Calpe on the Costa Blanca. The cobbled streets and market squares are atmospheric with many quaint restaurants and cafes. Moraira has many entertainment options including water sports, horse riding, cycling, tennis, go-karting, golf, a small fairground, boat trips and a fabulous weekly market. 

The impressive marina is home to quite a few fish restaurants. There are eight Michelin recommended restaurants in Moraira, three of which are star rated. The two main beaches both have Blue Flag awards. There are also intimate coves nestled beneath cliffs, just perfect for snorkelling and swimming. Portet Beach is considered to be the most picturesque beach in the town. Platgetes Beach is made up of a sandy bay with rocky shelves. 

It is very popular to swim in and around the rock pools. Cala Moraig is a stunning cove along the walking route from Benitatxell to Moraira. Cala Portitxolet is a small, hidden private cove with stunning natural beauty and turquoise water. Ampolla Beach is perfect for families with soft white sand and calm water. There is a volleyball net as well as climbing apparatus on the beach.  
The surrounding region is tranquil and relaxing with beautiful landscapes, delightful beaches and charming villages to explore. Within 15km you can visit Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea. Benidorm is around 30km away. Day excursions can easily be made to the spectacular mountain-top fortress of Guadalest, the magnificent palm forest at Elche and the ancient city of Murcia. 

Calpe is a tourist magnet with a rich history, old Valencian culture and fabulous modern tourist facilities. It has three breathtaking, sandy beaches and is dominated by the towering rock of Ifach which rises almost sheer above the sea at 332m. It is a nature reserve where you can take a tough climb up a footpath to reach the summit.
