With a sizeable sumptuous sofa, and stylish dining table you’ll love to relax and entertain in this charming space. Bursting with natural light, you have French windows onto a fantastic patio area on one side, and another set out onto the stunning outside terrace the other. 
The bedrooms at Casa Tax are all finished with lovely personal design features, and benefit from fitted wardrobes and three beautiful shared bathrooms.The real selling point of this property is the magnificent outside space that is on offer. The covered terrace adjoining half of the property boasts some wonderful and diverse seating areas, including a set of delightful swinging chairs, a hideaway shaded patio area, and a huge stylish dining area, just perfect for eating al fresco on those warm Mediterranean evenings. The terrace then extends onto the magnificent gardens; filled with manicured hedges, palm trees, colourful front and a well-kept lawn.  And of course, you’ll find the sanctuary of a large outdoor pool, ripe for diving in and cool off after soaking up that Spanish sunshine. What more could you ask for? Just an hour and a half from Alicante Airport, the small historic town of Javea nestles between the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea and the rugged Montgo mountains. With its stunning landscape, medieval old town, quant fishing port and beautiful sandy beaches, it really is a jewel in the Costa Blanca crown. You’ll love its bustling relaxed atmosphere, and its careful planning policies mean you won’t find high rises blotting the lush landscape here.  The old town provides the heart of this action, centred around the medieval church, an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants dot the pretty cobbled streets, ideal for whiling away hours ambling through.  At night, the mixture of flamenco shows, tapas restaurants and late night bars provide you with an array of options. Beachfront bars and a scattering of nightclubs along Arenal beach can provide you with more options. There is also a delightful fishing port in the town, with a lovely promenade and many fish restaurants in which to enjoy the catch of the day. Activities in the area favour watersports including sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, and windsurfing. Many of which can be found at the yacht club at the marina. There is also horse riding golf, tennis and of course hiking, either along the coastal paths or up into the beautiful mountains. If lying on the beach is more your style then Javea has two fantastic blue flag beaches to enjoy, pebbly La Grava which, favoured by locals is adorned with tapas restaurants along its promenade. Or continue along the boardwalk a stunning 3km and you’ll find Arenal Bay – a beautiful sandy spot with great facilities, from pedalos to beach bars. For some lovely cultural day trips, why not head to the monastery of Nuestra Senora, a series of small hermitages in the neighbouring mountainside where ancient windmills also pepper the landscape.
