The Andaluz-style villa is full of charm and personality, inviting up to 12 guests at a time to enjoy its hospitality. With tastefully decorated bedrooms, large groups are comfortably accommodated across this large and lovely property. Whether you’re visiting as a family, a group of friends or something in between, Villa Arriba is sure to wow with its panoramic sea views and proximity to nature.
When entering Villa Arriba, you’re immediately greeted by a large open-plan living space comprised of a spacious lounge, dining area and a kitchen. Your main living room features a huge L-shaped sofa gathered around a chic glass table, wide-screen TV and a modern floating fireplace.
Creating a natural break in the spaces, behind the fireplace is a dining space featuring a large family-style table that can comfortably accommodate a full house of guests. Then, beside the dining area is your dream kitchen made reality. The large, well-functioning space has all of the modern appliances and conveniences you need despite its elegantly rustic design. A large kitchen island is the main focus of the space, providing an area for food preparation and socialising. Around the room, tall bright windows fill the space with natural light whilst also providing direct access to the gardens.
Spread across three levels, a second living room is also located on the lower level, providing lots of space for everyone. The second living area, in particular, is ideal for families with young children as it includes a lovely play kitchen that kids can use.
Every comfort has been considered at Villa Arriba with additional features, including a well-equipped home gym and an immersive home theatre in the basement complete with surround sound and plush sofa beds for maximum comfort.
Six good-sized comfortable rooms are spread across the home, each decorated beautifully in simple, elegant modern stylings. On your upper level are three levels, each with a private en-suite and gorgeous sea views. The main level has one bedroom, next to the living room, with amazing sea views. Finally, the basement level features two rooms – a master suite with a private en-suite and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, each featuring views over the garden and pool.
In your garden, you’ll find additional seating for outdoor dining beneath a covered pergola as well as a barbecue area. Also in the garden is a good-sized private swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, providing guests with comfort and convenience when using the pool.Villa Arriba is located in the village of Benahavis, a laid-back mountain village located about halfway between Marbella and Estepona and a 50-minute drive from Malaga Airport. With some of Costa del SOl’s most popular destinations right on your doorstep, Villa Arriba is an excellent place to base yourselves for a holiday full of rest, relaxation and casual exploration of one of Spain’s most treasured regions.
With friendly locals and easy access to nearby amenities, Benahavis is a great place to base yourself for a laid-back holiday surrounded by natural beauty. While not as lively as nearby cities like Marbella, Benahavis still has lots to offer, including shops, cosy cafes and a handful of local restaurants.
Although most of Benahavis can be explored on foot, remember that the region is mountainous and can therefore be steep in places, so you may want to consider bringing a car with you to get around. You’ll definitely need access to a car if you’re planning on travelling beyond Villa Arriba as Benahavis is quite remote and set back from most regional attractions.
For golf lovers, you’re relatively close to several excellent golf clubs, the nearest of which is the Los Arqueros Golf Club, while nature lovers can enjoy a plethora of well-marked hikes and nature trails around the village.
For beach days, you’re spoiled for choice as this stretch of the Costa del Sol is dotted for miles upon miles with beautiful sandy beaches. As it takes around 20 minutes to get to the seafront from Villa Arriba, you can make a day of your outing in destinations like Nueva Andalucia and Puerto Banus. Just a stone’s throw from Villa Arriba, these beachfront towns provide sun, sea and lots of social activities like shopping, dining and sipping cocktails beneath the Spanish sun.
Depending on your mood for the day, you’re ideally located between Estepona and Marbella, each offering its own unique atmosphere and activities within a 30-minute drive. In Marbella, you can rub shoulders with the rich and famous while taking in the jet-set lifestyle of VIP bars, trendy clubs and lively beach parties.
