A home away from home, Casa Istan is a bright and airy villa perched above the attractive beaches of Puerto Banus. Looking out over the ocean, the landscape is ever-changing, with the vibrant greens of the treetops meeting the vivid blue of the Mediterranean. Doors in each room frame the views, drawing the natural landscape within the villa’s walls.
The villa may be welcoming and cosy, but with bright windows flooding every room with light, the balance of openness and cosiness is charming. The furnishings throughout are sleek and modern, creating the perfect canvas for family holidays in the sun.
The living spaces are spread over three floors, creating ample room for eight guests to spread out and relax. On the ground floor, there is an open plan living space, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. This bright room opens out to the balcony, with views across Puerto Banus and over the private pool below.
The lounge has a large comfy sofa arranged around a feature fireplace and television, though with such beautiful views, I’m not sure you’ll be staring at the TV!  The master bedroom boasts a large king-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom and an elegant step-out balcony overlooking the surrounding area.
There are two further double bedrooms on the first floor that both offer elegant Juliette balconies and share a bathroom. Downstairs, alongside the fourth double bedroom and bathroom, there is a second cosy lounge with a huge sofa where you can all curl up together for cosy nights in. 
Outside, the sequence of balconies and terrace offers plenty of room to relax setting the scene for tranquil evenings outdoors, sharing a bottle or two of local wine, whilst sharing stories and laughter with your loved ones. There are sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, as well as the private pool that you can hop in and out of to cool off! 
Casa Istan offers a quiet spot for your Spanish holiday in the sun. Whether you are sunbathing on the beach, relaxing at the villa, or exploring the surrounding area, there is something for everyone!
Casa Istan sits nestled in Southern Spain’s Costa Del Sol, a quick drive from the ever-popular town of Puerto Banus, just six kilometres west of Marbella. With a rich history and vibrant culture, you can spend your holiday exploring the lively bustle of one of Europe’s top getaway destinations. Or for those who need a real break, the beaches and private villa offer the perfect chance to rest and restore. The villa itself is even walking distance to trails if you wished to go hiking.
Puerto Banus itself is known as the Costa del Sols playground for the rich and famous. The marina is scattered with luxury yachts and the shops and restaurants reflect the expensive lifestyle with plenty of designer names all around the marina. Many visit the area for the fabulous beach clubs and buzzing nightlife, or for a spot of people watching, catching celebrities holidaying in the area, especially in the summer months.
The Sierra Blanca mountains provide the perfect backdrop to Marbella town. Steeped in history and culture; Marbella has a rich heritage dating back to the Roman times and this history is visible throughout the town with an array of beautiful mosaics and ruins still standing. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, the city is suitably filled with museums and art galleries all set among a beautiful cityscape of castles, cathedrals and theatres.
Whether you are interested in exploring history, shopping, or are after outdoor adventures and beautiful beaches, Marbella offers it all. The cobbled streets of Marbella’s Old Town are overflowing with local fare, flower stalls, gorgeous textiles and homemade gifts. Marbella is packed full of Michelin starred restaurants and quaint local eateries, ready to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. If you’re travelling as a family, it is best to check which restaurant are family friends before visiting.
Outside of the shopping and the food, the area offers an array of world-renowned beaches where you can soak up the sun, drink cocktails on the sand and choose from a selection of adrenaline punching water sports. With an average water temperature year-round of 18°C, it is no wonder the warm climate draws in more and more visitors every year!
