Villa Boton Spain

With gorgeous ocean views, the 4-bedroom Villa Boton is located in Benalmádena, putting you close to Málaga, Mijas, Fuengirola and many of the region’s attractions. This south-facing villa has the use of a shared swimming pool, available year-round, and sits just 100m from the beach.
Accommodating up to eight guests, Villa Boton is set over three levels and has its own private, covered terrace with seating and dining areas looking out to sea. As well as being close to the beach, the villa has restaurants, bars and shops within a few minutes’ walk.
With direct access from the terrace, the living and dining room features ample seating, an open fireplace and a flatscreen TV. There’s a glass-topped dining table with seating for 6-8, and a well-equipped kitchen with hatch right next to it. There you have a dishwasher, microwave and an oven with ceramic hotplate.
Three of the bedrooms are on the lower-ground floor – each can be used as a double or twin, and one has an en suite bathroom. The other bedroom, another en suite double, can be found on the upper floor and enjoys access to the terrace.
There is an additional bathroom on the lower-ground floor. The building also offers the use of a private elevator which will whisk you down to beach-level with ease. Around 10km of beaches line the Benalmádena Costa, so you should be able to find a spot that suits you. There are sun loungers, parasols and water-sports facilities at the popular Malapesquera Beach, and quieter beaches like Arroyo Hondo.
The town has a lot more to offer, including the attractive Puerto Marina area which is a centre for dining, shopping and nightlife. For children, look out for the Tivoli World theme park and the Selwo Marina Delfinarium to see dolphins and penguins. You can also take a cable car from Benalmádena to the top of nearby Mount Calamorro, and enjoy a rewarding view.

Benalmádena is a great place to take a holiday on the Costa del Sol – it’s easy to get to, has all you could need, and it’s close to several other popular cities too. It’s also reliably warm, even in the winter. With an average summer temperature of 30°c, sun worshippers have good reason to flock to its long, sandy beaches.
You will find most of the town’s attractions in the Benalmádena Costa area, including the beautiful park, El Parque de la Paloma. You will find a lake, waterfalls and landscaped gardens, and may even see some wildlife walking around. The adjacent Selwo Marina will give you a glimpse of dolphins, sea lions and even penguins.
Puerto Marina provides an attractive place to stroll around looking at boats, have a meal or do some shopping. Arroyo de la Miel is another great place to do that, and is virtually a town in itself. It’s here that you can get on a train and take a day trip to the likes of Malaga or Fuengirola.
Close to the train station, there’s the ever-popular Tivoli World theme park, and the cable cars which take you to the highest point in Malaga province. There is also a butterfly park, a swimming pool and a Buddhist temple – Benalmádena is home to the largest Buddhist stupa in the western world.
The town also hosts a number of festivals throughout the year, with live music, street theatre and food all important components. And on the subject of eating, don’t miss out on trying the local seafood at one of the restaurants on the beach.
