Access to the villa is restricted to guests only via a lockable security gate. If you’re arriving by car, there’s space to park two cars on your private driveway or in the free-standing garage while you stay.
Designed to take your breath away, Villa Estilo’s interior design shows a flair for the dramatic with influences from the hottest fashion houses in Europe. A grand gold and white living room overlook a central glass coffee table, perfect for game nights, a flat-screen TV and a dramatic floating fireplace. Besides the living room, open, airy space features Versace-inspired table areas – one casual table and one large dining table for mealtimes and group activities. Around the room, large glass windows flood the space with natural light.
Located in a separate room, a large full-equipped modern kitchen is yours to use whenever you like. Everything you need to whip up delicious group meals is at your fingertips, including a microwave, oven, large American-style fridge and a dishwasher for clean-up.
For sleeping arrangements, there are five lavish bedrooms for you to choose from; two on the ground floor and three on the upper level. Your bedrooms are all dressed in splendid decor with comfortable beds and their own private en-suite bathrooms.

Lavish terraces face the sea on each level of Villa Estilo, letting you enjoy beautiful views when relaxing in the fresh air. Beyond the terrace, your garden provides lots of space to relax and play with a good-sized infinity pool that offers unrivalled sea views.
Out in the garden, additional lounging space is located on the cool tiled terrace where you can catch the sun or enjoy light bites made on the outdoor barbecue.Villa Estilo enjoys a desirable elevated location in Los Monteros Alto that provides unspoiled views over the Mediterranean Sea, allowing views of Gibraltar and the African Coast. From here, it also enjoys absolute peace and tranquillity – set about a 10-minute drive away from the beach and town centre.
In the immediate area surrounding Villa Estilo, there’s nothing but other residential properties, creating a relaxed peaceful environment for your group to relax.
