Villa Guadalmina is a striking holiday home situated in Guadalmina Alta, overlooking the golf course. Perfect for golf lovers, the course can be seen beyond the beautifully manicured gardens.
The ground floor consists of an entrance hall that leads on to an open plan living area with space for dining and an impressive kitchen with an island and wine freezer. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer separate from the main living area. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a separate WC, perfect for visitors. On the first floor are two additional bedrooms, both with ensuites as well as the main master suite, also with an ensuite in addition to fitted wardrobes. Three rooms have king-sized beds, with the fourth having two single twin beds, perfect for younger children.
Outside is an impressive terrace with views of the manicured garden, children’s play area, pool, and golf course. The villa itself is west-facing, allowing for evening sun to be made the most of. There’s also outdoor furniture, including lounging areas and a dining area that’s perfect for al fresco dining.
Villa Guadalmina is a driveable distance from the beach and so is perfect for golf and beach holidays alike. The property borders the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina and is close to the Atalaya Golf and Country Club and is therefore ideal for golf lovers. Villa Guadalmina is situated in Costa del Sol, in the region of Andalucia, an area known for its beaches and sand dunes. Full of old towns and national parks, you will never be short of activities, whether you enjoy beach days or prefer hiking.
The villa itself has parking for one car, so you will be able to explore all that Andalucia has to offer, and is perfect for holidays with friends or family. The Villa Guadalmina is close to many beaches, including the Playa de San Pedro de Alcántara. Marbella is also close by and is known as the ‘Spanish Riviera’. There are many things to do in the small city, from hiking up the La Concha mountains to relaxing in the beachside Chiringuitos. Just west of Marbella is the ‘Golden Mile’. This stretch of coastline is home to many prestigious nightclubs that all lead down to the Banús Marina, a mooring point filled with luxury yachts. Marbella Old Town is perfect for couples or families and is full of characterful architecture and cobbled streets.
There are many pastimes in the Costa del Sol region, in which the Villa Guadalmina is located. From beach days to golfing and everything in between, you have many options for excursions during your stay. The Alcazaba is a military fortification dating back to the 11th century and is perfect for history lovers. For those wanting more of an adrenaline rush, there are many watersports located on beaches within the Costa del Sol, making it perfect for families.
Further afield are cities such as Seville. Although a 2.5-hour journey,  the city is filled with stunning architecture, including Seville Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
