Villa Cora is a modern, comfortable property located on the popular island of Brač. This villa provides plentiful space for 6-guests both inside and out, with sociable living areas and modern comforts throughout. The property was built in the traditional Dalmatian, architectural style, with the basic material being the famous Brač stone, presenting a charming, classical backdrop to the terrace when you step outside.
The interiors are modern and fresh, with large glass doors allowing light to flood into the rooms, enlivening the spaces and keeping them bright and airy throughout the day! These glass door also present easy transitions between the inside and out, so you glide between the two, making the most of this Mediterranean style of al-fresco living! The villa is built over two floors, with the ground floor boasting an L-shaped, open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. The room is spacious and modern, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, whether you spend time in the stylish kitchen, cooking up meals for the whole family to enjoy, or relaxing on the sofa, taking a break to catch up on some television. The ground floor also offers a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and a separate toilet for guests. The first floor presents the further two double bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms and access to the beautiful terrace.
Outside, Villa Cora continues to make the most of the beautiful Dalmatian setting, with traditional plants and a lawn, it is a tranquil and peaceful space, where you spend hours lounging around topping up your tan on the sun loungers or taking a dip in the private swimming pool to cool off. Distant views of the sea are available from both the floors, emphasising this gorgeous setting.  
Located on the island of Brac, this is a fabulous base for exploring what Croatia has to offer. Clients can take the nearby Brac ferry back to Split for the day to explore Diocletian’s Palace which makes up Split old town. Brac Island is the longest and most elevated island in central Dalmatia. Despite its proximity to Split, Brac is less touristy than the glittering islands of Hvar and Korcula further south. Make sure you try some of the olive oil on the island, the olives are of a rare variety called buhavica and there’s over a half-million trees! Famous for the Zlatni Rat beach, known to be one of the most beautiful beaches you can visit, a real gem on the island!
