The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) making this villa the ideal option for a family, friends or perhaps a couple. The master bedrooms is situated on the first floor and also boasts a lovely private balcony overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside. The split-level living area is the ideal place to relax, cook up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen or chill out in front of the TV in the living room. Patio doors lead out to a covered terrace.
The outdoors space is wonderful and where you will want to spend most of your time. There a luxurious private swimming pool which has a gate around it so perfect for families with young children. Sit back and relax on one of the sun loungers, in or out of the shade.
This villa offers guests the ideal base for a holiday for exploring the Dalmatia region due to the easy access to Sibenik and other towns close by.  Villa Ivona is situated just a few kilometres from the city of Sibenik in the heart of the Dalmatia region in Croatia. Sibenik is a traditional medieval city full of character. You will find yourself exploring the wonderful narrow streets, full of shops, cafes and restaurants.
