Throughout the villa, the furnishings offer luxurious characteristics, with striking crystal chandeliers, to fine stone sinks, beautiful fabrics and contemporary furniture. The two master suits can be found off the main entrance hall, both boasting full glass windows that allow breath-taking sea and mountain views from your bed! Black out curtains open to let the warm Mediterranean sunlight flood into the space. Both bedrooms have large private balconies with their own seating area allowing guests privacy to enjoy breakfast or relax in their own space. The bathrooms are modern and stylish, alike to the rest of the property.
The wonderful open-plan living room and kitchen open directly onto an outside terrace through large folding glass doors, creating a beautiful al-fresco living room. A glass wine cellar, media room and office can also be found on this floor. Within the villa, there are two further, luxurious en-suite bedrooms that both offer patio doors leading out onto the main terrace, with panoramic sea views. From these rooms, you can stroll straight out of bed and take a dip in the glistening private swimming pool. There is also a self-contained spa with a sauna, steam room and gym to help you to fully relax during your stay!
The villa also boasts its own mooring for visiting boats, or a boat and skipper can be hired on a daily basis, allowing guests to be transported to the beautiful nearby islands such as Makarska or Hvar with ease. It has a laid-back atmosphere with friendly bars, cafes and restaurants serving fresh seafood and local cuisine. There is a good bakery, vegetable/greengrocer shop and supermarket. Everything you need plus peace and quiet. This wonderful area would be better for those looking to escape the busier, more touristic areas of Croatia. There is also a beautiful beach, perfect for swimming.
With your own private dock within the property, you can hire a boat and a skipper on a daily basis to take you to explore the magical surrounding islands of Makarska and Hvar, both famed for their beautiful towns and scenery. Or stay closer to home, exploring the coastline of Brac, with water sports and sailing available from the villa allowing you to see Croatia from a unique angle!
Brac Island itself is the longest and most elevated island in central Dalmatia. Despite its proximity to Split, Brac is less touristy than the glittering islands of Hvar and Korcula further south. Make sure you try some of the olive oil on the island, the olives are of a rare variety called buhavica and there’s over a half-million trees! Famous for the Zlatni Rat beach, known to be one of the most beautiful beaches you can visit, a real gem on the island! Using this stunning villa as a base, you can explore some of these treasures on the island.
