This fantastic family villa is based within the serene village of Vrznaveri which is conveniently located just 6km away from the lovely resort of Porec. Vrznaveri is known for its rolling expanse of vineyards and olive groves which beckon to all visitors with the promise of glorious hikes and bike rides.
This gorgeous villa embodies a modern take on a more traditional rustic style with hues of calming creams and robust, warm wood finishes decorating the exterior and interior of the home. To the rear of the property is a large garden which features a very generous pool fantastic for the whole family! If you can bear to tear yourself away from the alluring cool pool water, there is an array of sun loungers set nearby and just beyond that there is a cosy, covered outdoor dining area.
Meals can be prepared with ease in the well-equipped, modern kitchen. The kitchen forms a part of the open plan dining and lounge area which creates a social aspect, great for both cooking and entertaining. The kitchen is flooded with natural light from the large glass door which gives access to the al fresco dining area. Beyond this, there are four spacious bedrooms, each sleeping up to two people comfortably.

Outside of its historical charms, Istria has plenty of other features on offer. Surrounded by the Adriatic Sea, there are many pristine, picturesque beaches and sea front café’s where one can soak up the sun or watch the boats as they travel towards the nearby ports of Italy and Slovenia.
Turning away from the coast, rural Istria is completed with rolling green hills all overflowing with natural emerald beauty.
