The villa is situated over two floors, which are light and airy with large windows allowing the Croatian sunshine to flood in. Patio doors lead from the dining area to the outside terrace and garden where there is also the possibility to dine al fresco in the shade, should you so wish. Downstairs there is also a comfortable seating area furnished with a large flat screen television. Here you’ll find large patio doors leading to the outside area, so it’s easy to keep an eye on the children whilst they play in the pool.
Air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa for your comfort and there is also a WC on the ground floor. A short flight of stairs leads to the upper floor where there are four double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities – featuring either a shower or a bath, with a flat screen television in each room.

Outside the villa there is a lawn garden which is fully enclosed, a terrace with sun loungers and a private pool perfect for cooling off in on those hot Croatian summer days. The villa is located just under 2km from Novigrad, originally Cittanova, an ancient Roman fishing village that has in recent years become a well-known destination on the Istrian coastline. In this sweat little village, you’ll fishermen who still make their own fishing nets and supply the local restaurants with freshly caught produce.
Take the time to walk around the old walls which have been beautifully preserved and restored. In the summer months, the village comes alive with festivals and other spectacular events.
The beaches around here are mostly shingle, but the water is still tempting if you fancy a swim in the Mediterranean.
If you want to go further afield you can find other beaches in Karpinjan, near the lighthouse of Savudrija. In Novigrad itself you can wander around the Lapidarium Museum which houses an impressive array of Croatia’s oldest fossils. Or visit the Mirna River Delta by bike, for some bird watching.
