Vila Bretia is a beautiful, elegantly designed villa located in the charming, coastal village of Selca on the desirable island of Brac. On approach, the villa boasts an atmosphere of elegance and charm that draws you in, making you relax from the moment you arrive.
Sleeping four guests, this is a hugely spacious property. The living areas are spread over two bright, well-designed floors, offering plenty of space to spread out. On the ground floor you find a modern and stylish living area. This large space has an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for your use, a comfy sofa area with a television and a dining table. With large glass doors opening to a terrace, you can glide between the indoor and outdoor areas, as though they become one room. This floor has a double bedroom with its own private bathroom. On the first floor, there is a further open-plan living space, boasting another kitchen, sofa area and dining table, once again opening onto a balcony terrace. With views over hills and towards the sea it is hard not to be romanced in this villa, a glass of wine and a seat on the terrace whilst gazing out towards the horizon is all you need to relax in style! The second, double bedroom is found on this floor with its own private bathroom. The villa offers a unique opportunity for small families or two couples to travel and stay together, whilst having ample private space the whole time.
The two floors come together in the fabulous, outdoor, socialising terrace. A few steps down from the ground floor, there is a spacious, paved terrace with a large private swimming pool, just waiting for you to climb in! Equipped with a large table and chairs and a barbecue, al-fresco dining is a must, making the most of the undisturbed views. The villa has a great location in a quiet bay on the east-side of the island of Brac, forty minutes from the town of Supetar and just a few km from the amenities of the villages of Selca and Sumartin. The closest airport to the villa is Split, from Split a boat can be taken to Supetar and from here a taxi to the property.
