Situated 5km from the well-known, medieval town of Grožnjan, there is plenty to do in this charming area, famous for its truffles, wineries, prosciutto ham, and cultural events.
This charming property offers a fabulous balance of interior and exterior living spaces, so guests can spread out and enjoy both moments to themselves and time together as a group. The main living areas are split into two wings, both boasting elegant living spaces and cosy bedrooms.
Wing A can comfortably accommodate ten guests, with five, spacious en-suite bedrooms, while Wing B boasts two good-sized bedrooms, perfect for a group of four. Both wings have stylish, fully-equipped kitchens, perfect for cooking up some feasts to enjoy on the terrace!
They also both include luxurious lounge areas, with log fires and Smart HDTV’s, the ideal place to put your feet up and relax, soaking in the laid-back atmosphere.
Stepping outside the villa, the luscious surroundings and tree-top views form a protective, tranquil environment, creating a sanctuary for your holiday stay.
