Villa Andersi I is one of a group of four brand-new, stunning, luxury villas that have been built into the steep hillside with access directly to the sea in a small, secluded bay of Vinisce, close to Trogir. If you are looking for a villa offering seclusion and peace with stunning views, then Villa Andersi I is for you! Vinisce is a small, quiet sleepy fishing village 12km east of Trogir and 30km from Split, situated is a beautiful cove with warm, crystal clear sea and among attractive olive groves. It is a great spot for a family holiday with several markets, bakeries, restaurants, café bars and a small harbour for fishing boats. During the summer, the people of Vinisce organise summer festivals where you can sample homemade specialities and wines and enjoy the outdoor evening concerts whilst sitting in a harbourside café. If you are looking at the four villas from the sea, Villa Andersi I is the one on the top right. With the villas being built on the steep hillside, the villa below Andersi I does not distract from the breathtaking views. The villas have been built with hand-carved stones in the retaining walls, and the focus has been to make sure they are energy efficient. Between the villas, there are steps leading down to the azure, clear water so you can be in the sea in minutes. It feels so private. Only these four villas have access here. The villa is absolutely stunning, very minimalist in design and very sleek. The terrace has a wonderful L-shaped, heated pool, outdoor dining, an outdoor grill and exquisite furniture to lounge on and admire the gorgeous scenery. The modern glass balcony keeps the views open. Inside, the glossy, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is fabulous with modern furniture. There is a guest room with a sofa bed and toilet downstairs, which can be used for extra guests or as a playroom. It has private access to the terrace. Upstairs there are three immaculate bedrooms, all with dazzling en-suites and balconies. The king-size beds can be split into two singles if you wish. Two of the bedrooms have spectacular views of the sea. The villas are accessed via a narrow gravel road, and the villa has its own carport with space for two cars.

Villa Andersi II, which sleeps eight. These holiday homes can be rented in combination with one another, making them perfect for larger groups.Villa Andersi I is situated in a private, secluded bay of Vinisce. Vinisce is a very charming, small village but there is plenty going on. Otherwise you can travel further to the incredible historic Trogir. Vinisce is surrounded by small coves and pebble and sand beaches. Close by, Marina has sand and pebbly beaches with lovely pine and olive trees providing plenty of shade, several restaurants serving freshly caught fish and local wines and a lovely harbour. The bay is protected from unfavourable winds so is very popular. Further along the coast, Sevid snoozes away –  time appears to have stood still in this tranquil Dalmation village with its whitewashed villas with terracotta roofs following the bay. There is a patchwork of land and sea, inlets and small bays along this coast. It looks very dramatic. The sea sparkles shading from turquoise close by to deeper aquamarines further out. Primosten, 30 minutes up the coast offers sublime views along the coast and islands especially at sunset, cafes, beach bars and a quayside buzzing with diners. It is much busier with tourists strolling along its elegant paved promenade. The villa is within easy reach of Trogir, Split, the splendid Krka waterfalls and Sibenik (50km). Trogir boasts intricate medieval architecture, Dalmation waterside dining, a tastefully landscaped promenade, a busy market, two yacht marinas, tightly clustered historic streets and fantastic beaches. The Cipiko Palace and St. Lawrence Cathedral are so impressive.
