The spectacular Villa Andersi II is one of a group of four brand-new, luxury villas that have been built into the steep hillside in a small, secluded bay of Vinisce, just 12 km from the charismatic Trogir. It boasts direct access to the sea via steps running between the villas, privacy and tranquillity as well as all the impressive comforts expected from a brand-new modern villa. The design is so simple and exquisite. Vinisce is a small, charming fishing village 30km from Split with a beautiful cove, lovely beach, markets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés, bars and a small harbour for fishing boats. The people of Vinisce are very friendly and organise summer festivals where you can sample homemade specialities and wines and enjoy outdoor evening concerts whilst sitting in a harbourside café. If you are looking at the four villas from the sea, Villa Andersi II is the one on the top left. With the villas being built on the steep hillside, the villa below Andersi II does not distract from the awesome views. The villas have been built with hand-carved stones in the retaining walls, and the focus has been to make sure they are energy efficient. They are so sleek and luxurious yet very comfortable. You will soon be relaxed and ready to enjoy this wonderful position. The sparkling, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is so smart with comfortable, modern furniture. There is a guest room with a sofa bed and toilet downstairs, which can be used for extra guests or as a playroom. It has private access to the terrace. The three tasteful, king bedrooms upstairs all have balconies, 2 of which have fabulous sea views, and immaculate en-suites. The king-size beds can be split into two singles. The master bedroom has a luxury walk-through dressing area. The terrace has an outdoor grill and high-quality outdoor dining and lounge furniture – perfect for special summer alfresco dinners and watching the astonishing sunsets. The L-shaped pool is heated and such fun with only glass between you and the sea view. It really is a relaxing house where you will feel very spoilt. The villas are accessed via a steep, narrow gravel road. The villa has its own carport with space for two cars.

Villa Andersi I, which sleeps eight. These holiday homes can be rented in combination with one another, making them perfect for larger groups.Villa Andersi II, situated in a secluded bay of Vinisce, is so tranquil and private. Vinisce is a peaceful, charming small village, ideal for a family holiday.  Marina, a village close by, has historical maritime recognition and a lovely harbour. It has sand and pebbly beaches backed by fragrant pine and olive trees providing plenty of shade. The Dalmation restaurants serve freshly caught fish and local wines. The town of Rogoznica is a small town further north which lies on a peninsula. The Dragon Eye is a salt lake near the stunning Marina Frapa yacht harbour. There is a range of restaurants, including a new sushi bar! There are many outdoor activities here. The promenade, complete with a plaza, goes around the whole peninsular. Sevid, close to Vinisce is very tranquil and sleepy with whitewashed villas and terracotta roofs. Primosten, on the coast 30 minutes north, has cafes, beach bars and a buzzy quayside as well as good beaches and watersports. You can book boat trips here.  The villa is within easy reach of Trogir, Split, the incredible Krka waterfalls and Sibenik (50km). Trogir is so charming with its intricate medieval architecture, waterside dining, beautiful promenade, busy market, yacht marinas and popular beaches. At the market you can buy honey, wines, olive oils and plenty of grappa. The Cipiko Palace and St. Lawrence Cathedral are worth a visit. Ciovo Island, connected to the town of Trogir by a bridge, has wonderful beaches including Okrug Gornji, Okrug Donji, Kava and Slatine.  Split’s Old Town is so fabulous. Saint Domnius Cathedral and the Diocletian’s Palace in the Old Town are magnificent.
