Enjoying beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and the town of Primošten, the stunning Villa Arska can accommodate up to eight guests. Featuring a large and luxurious terrace, this 4-bedroom villa is just a short stroll from local restaurants, and offers its own outdoor pool and hot tub.
Ideal for a family or medium-sized group, Villa Arska is within easy reach of beautiful destinations such as Trogir and Šibenik, and within a short walk or drive of the attractions of Primošten itself. The villa’s elevated position overlooking the ocean offers peace and privacy, so you can really enjoy its outdoor dining and seating areas day or night.
As well as a magnificent pool, there’s an adjacent hot tub, a summer kitchen and barbecue, creating one gorgeous space with views to match. Watch the sun set from the terrace, or one of the balconies on the upper floor – it’s sure to be unforgettable.
The interior is modern and well equipped, with a light, open-plan area hosting the lounge, dining area and kitchen. There’s a large, wall-mounted TV, a fireplace and comfortable seating, as well as direct access to the pool terrace.
Four double bedrooms are all air-conditioned and come complete with a TV and en suite bathroom. One is located just off the dining terrace on the lower level, with the others enjoying wonderful views on the upper floor. Plenty of storage, soundproofing and comfortable beds can be found in all rooms.
Primošten is a charming Croatian town, which is a good base for exploring the wider area – Split and the Krka National Park are well within your reach. Its beautiful beaches and pretty Old Town attract plenty of visitors, so you will find plenty of places to eat, and one of the region’s best-known nightclubs too. Around 25km away, fortified Šibenik offers lots more in the way of historic buildings, including its must-see Cathedral of St James.
Primošten sits roughly midway between Trogir and Šibenik on Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast. Between these magnificent towns are numerous quiet beaches and villages, so it’s a fine stretch of coast to visit, with Primošten serving an excellent base.
The town has all you could want – traditional architecture, countless restaurants and taverns serving local cuisine, and charming beaches. Primošten is large enough to offer useful amenities but small enough to feel intimate. It’s within striking distance of Split too, around an hour’s drive away, so you can easily take in Diocletian’s Palace, the Cathedral of Saint Domnius and much more besides on a day trip.
Primošten’s main trade these days is tourism, so they look after their visitors well. There’s excellent dining along the waterfront, and world-class clubbing at Aurora, which has been the place to go since 1991. All your superstar DJs have played there, and its open-air dance floor gives it a vibe than even non-clubbers could appreciate. There’s more nightlife to enjoy around 10 minutes’ drive down the coast, in Rogoznica, where the impressive Marina Frapa is the big draw.
Around 25km away, Šibenik is an unmissable destination. The oldest town on the Croatian coast, it has countless historic sites worth seeing in its medieval centre – the breathtaking Cathedral of St James is UNESCO World Heritage- worthy. Down the coast in Trogir, you may encounter the Trogir Summer music festival, with classical and folk concerts hosted in impressive locations. Just don’t miss the Riva waterfront – it’s a chillout spot that’s pretty hard to beat.
