Its open space design provides ample room for large families and groups, whilst retaining its tranquil setting. The ground floor of the three floored villa has been developed with an open plan layout, hosting the kitchen, dining area and a cosy living area by a sublime traditional fireplace, a perfect place to drink, relax and let the conversation flow over the soft snaps of burning wood and gentle embrace of the fire. Creative inclusions include a nook, by the ground floor fire place, which provides a snug exclusive area to enjoy a lazy afternoon with a book on the sunny island. Doors across the ground floor, open up to a spacious main terrace, perfect for al fresco dining.
The first floor includes two comfy en suite double rooms and an open space living area, a “volta” which leads to a quiet terrace at the back of the house The second floor features two additional rooms connected by an open space gallery overlooking the living area below. The synergy of archetypal stone and wood is portrayed throughout the villa, enhancing the rustic charm Villa Berry offers.
Travertine stone tiles are adopted throughout the ground floor and oakwood used on the following two, Modern features blend seamlessly with vintage architecture to provide an equally original and superior finish throughout the villa.
Modern renovations continue within the exterior of the property. The outdoor extended swimming pool has built in lights to allow swimming in the evening whilst the villa still retains the Mulberry tree it bears its name from, which dates back to the origins of the property.

Famed for its natural beauty, the island of Hvar, lies off the Dalmatian coast, in the south of Croatia.It forms part of the Dalmatian Islands and is surrounded by the Korcula, Brac and Vis Islands. This allows travellers to maximise their time by exploring the other islands by way of “Catamarans” which act as boat taxis.
