Villa Brina is a beautiful modern luxury villa in the incredible region of Istria, Croatia. With four stunning bedrooms all with en-suites and its very own private pool, it’s the perfect scene for an incredible holiday with your loved ones.
The villa’s ground floor is a large open-plan space, it really is designed perfectly for groups to gather and chat about the next day’s plans. The fully equipped kitchen is beautifully designed with a modern touch. The island unit ensures there is plenty of space for all the cooks and doubles up as a breakfast bar for more casual dining. A large dining table connects the kitchen and living room, and the softwood adds a warm touch to the open space. The living room hosts plenty of seating for all the guests to gather together and its lovely furnishings, adding a homely feel to the bright and airy room.
On the first floor, guests will find a double and twin bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms. Each bedroom is meticulous in its design with spacious bathrooms and stylish desks. Also, on the first floor is the playroom that younger guests will love. Equipped with bean bags and television, it is a great space for kids to play and relax in.
Moving further upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms. Both double bedrooms are again beautiful in design. The first of the second floor rooms is spacious with a huge en-suite, so there is no need to pack light! The second, although smaller, boasts its own idyllic balcony space where you can enjoy a cool glass of wine in the evening sun.
Villa Brina also has so much to offer outside. As you move through the large living room patio doors, you are welcomed towards the private pool and deck area. With plenty of sun loungers for everyone, it is easy to imagine lazy afternoons beside the pool, with the occasional dip to cool off from the hot sun. For those seeking shade, there is also a covered terrace with a barbecue and a large dining table. The perfect spot for some al fresco dining and wonderful evenings of laughter and fun with those you care most about.

Just a short 10-minute drive away, it is a magical place to explore as you meander through the famous Venetian architecture and decadent marble paths. Here in Rovinj guests will be spoilt for choice as there is a plethora of quaint restaurants and cafes serving the famous dishes of Istria. For a particularly special night, head to the marina and watch the gorgeous sunset with a cool glass of wine in one of the waterfront restaurants or bars. Rovinj is also a great place for diving, with historic shipwrecks and beautiful sea life, there are of opportunities for both beginners and experienced divers.
Lim bay is a great spot for a quiet day at the waterfront. With its stunning shores along the fjord, it’s the perfect spot to bring the family for a peaceful picnic near the shallow water. Being surrounded by beautiful woodland, there is no shortage of shady spots. There also some trails through the forest for some peaceful walks or exciting biking.
Further afield, the region’s capital of Pula is well worth the visit. Famous for its ancient Roman history, much of the Roman way of life can still be seen today. A particular site worth seeing is the ancient amphitheatre. This is one of the best-preserved amphitheatres in the world and once was the site of exquisite shows of Roman drama to the local population. This tradition still happens today with the theatre running regular events, so be sure to see what’s on during your stay!
For those seeking some adventure, Buzet offers hang-gliding trips, soaring above the beautiful mountains forests and stunning walks to the many waterfalls in the region. There is also no shortage of mountain biking or rock-climbing opportunities.
