In an atmospheric setting that oozes charms with soft ambient lighting and unrivalled external dining area, villa Duscha is ideal not only for families, but also couples and honeymooners. Villa Duscha offers 4 bedrooms which sleeps up to 10 people. This a spacious villa, decorated to the highest standard, and thoughtfully set out over three floors.
On the lower floor is a beautifully light and airy living room, that is very spacious and is home to enough comfortable seating for the family, and a dining table. This open plan room also consists of the modern kitchen area complete with large fridge freezer, breakfast bar and seating which creates a sociable and peaceful room for the whole family to enjoy. The bedrooms on this floor are large and beautifully decorated with a modern feel. One has a balcony with seating to take in the Croatian views.
The next floor boasts a large living room area, with a large sofa and television, and moving around the corner, another large kitchen and dining room. This is essentially another apartment. This space is large, very light and aesthetic with a clean and sharp finish. It leads onto a balcony area where you can take in the surrounding mountainous views. There are more bedrooms on this floor, creating space for a large family with double beds and rooms with singles. All bedrooms have plenty of storage.
The villa boasts WiFi throughout the property, multiple televisions and a pool table for the whole group to enjoy.Moving outside is a large pool adorned with comfortable sunbeds, parasols and tables. One of the highlights of this property is the large outside BBQ area, complete with small kitchen which easily allows families to prepare meals. The grand table seats more than 10, and the area is traditionally decorated, and overlooks the gardens. This rustic area allows for socialising in the warm Croatian evenings.
Villa Duscha is nestled in the hills half way between Dubrovnik old town and Dubrovnik airport.  Mlini is an oasis of sorts, with numerous springs of fresh drinking water. If you are in search of a quiet little place to rest your body and ease your mind while enjoying a warm climate and beautiful beaches, Mlini is the place for you. One of its quaint features is the little brook that meanders through the village centre, a reminder of the days when nearby water sources powered a number of mills.
The villa itself is very central, and the nearby bus stop links connect you to Kupari/Mlini and Dubrovnik in around 20 minutes. Restaurant Cibaca which is just around the corner from the villa is a lovely spot if you want to eat somewhere close – food and service are very reputable, and an extremely friendly owner.
The villa is only 500m from the nearest supermarket, and a short drive from beautiful hidden beaches. One notable spots is Srebreno beach, a wonderful coast line offering sun loungers, umbrellas and a selection of restaurants and ice cream shops. Also, the nearby Panorama restaurant is highly recommended with stunning views, great service and extremely tasty food.
The villa is only 20min drive from the historic Dubrovnik old town and here you can walk the massive walls that are punctuated with turrets, towers and gates enclosing streets, churches and palaces packed with art and various historic treasures.  You’ll never run out of things to see and do in Dubrovnik.
For the party animals, there are several bars and restaurants for a more relaxed, low-key night out but you can head to the nearby Dubrovnik for a much wider selection of bars and clubs.From Dubrovnik you can catch a ferry to the nearby Lokrum island. Here there is a great deal to see and do from beaches to nature walks to cultural discovery. And, as a filming location for Game of Thrones, Lokrum is an essential stop for fans of the series.
