Villa Elisa is a spacious, contemporary property for ten guests. This beautiful house is situated in the heart of Makarska in Dalmatia. with stunning views, spacious living spaces and romantic spots throughout, this villa is a must visit, an ideal base for your Croatian holiday. The surrounding areas offer lovely beaches and Markarska’s centre boasts restaurants, bars and shops to keep you entertained during your stay. 
The villa is furnished with a relaxed, modern elegance throughout, so you can relax in comfort and style. The main living space is on the ground floor, with a large, open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook up some tasty, family meals to enjoy in the villa, whilst children can make the most of the large, comfy sofa. The living area has large glass doors leading out onto the terrace, so you can move between the inside and outside spaces with ease. The first floor offers a second living room and kitchen, with access out onto a charming balcony, from which you can enjoy sunsets and sea views, taking in the full romance Croatia has to offer. Throughout the property there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms, all prepared for your comfort, it is just a case of who gets one with a balcony! There is also a gym and a sauna to add to the luxury of your stay.
Outside, Villa Elisa continues to offer a fantastic Croatian experience, with dramatic views of the ocean that take your breath away whether you are in the swimming pool or on the terrace enjoying a glass of local wine! The barbecue is at the ready, for that idealistic, al-fresco style of living which is only the reality here at Villa Elisa. The city of Zadar is a great starting point for many excursions such as to the National Parks of Krka, Paklenica and Kornati Islands or go riding in Zaton or Bungee jumping from the Maslenica Bridge. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone busy, with this area offering something for everyone. The bay is quiet and safe, perfect for guests travelling with children.
Located near to the vibrant and historic walled town of Zadar, you must visit during your stay. As well as being a transport hub for ferry connections to nearby islands, it boasts medieval churches, pretty cafes and the well visited Sea Organ, several stairs descending to the sea with pipes and whistles playing various chords and tones. Take a boat trip across the harbour, find elderly ladies selling local cheese in the markets or visit the roman ruins, some stones of which have been used to build the beautiful 9th century St Donat’s Church. The town has a young, vibrant energy and feels far away from the more sun-seeking crowds of the southern Dalmatian coast.
