The house has retained its original architecture from the 1920s and has been renovated to include some modern features. The villa is full of character in its use of vivid colours throughout furnishings, and outdoors, several features have been built and placed to ensure you can escape the mundane and have fun! Relaxing on the plump striking sofas, enjoy a drink or two while you and fellow guests enjoy your favourite flicks on the television. At night, get the fireplace going and enjoy tender evenings with more natural light as you chatter and laugh through the evening. This area acts as the living and dining area as a round dining table to enjoy meals on sits just beyond the sofas. The living and dining area opens up to a fully-equipped kitchen, where you can store food and drinks and make anything from a morning coffee to an oven-cooked chicken! A lovely bathroom sits downstairs to revitalise yourself and two bedrooms upstairs to find your rest. One bedroom offers a double bed while the other bedroom offers two single beds, making it suitable for different types of groups. Step outside and enjoy the glorious Croatian climate in the patio and garden! You will notice an outdoor barbecue pit which is yours to use whenever you want to serve a delicious grilled spread, with a sink and prep area and furniture for dining alfresco. Everywhere you turn, you can step back into time and see the glory of the Mediterranean of old, with cobbled streets, hills and fortifications such as the Umag town walls and gated draw bridge, that dates back to the 10th Century. Here, you will find a range of supermarkets and stores, where you can grab all you need to keep hunger and thirst at bay in the villa. You can grab souvenirs, clothes and world-famous olive oil and wine from shops and when you need to eat, you have everything from pizza to seafood specialities to devour! You can find a selection of beaches across the coast, both north and south of Umag offering different terrains and atmospheres. Enjoy a traditional beach day at Umag Beach or head over to Zlatorog, a rocky beach for a more scenic and quieter scene. Beaches offer a tonne of cafes and restaurants right on the shores to keep you full-up and bars to grab drinks for you to enjoy on sun-loungers and under parasols.
