This family-friendly villa is located on the pretty island of Murter with easy access to the mainland and the rest of the Dalmatia region. Villa Filipa boasts modern living accommodation, a private swimming pool and close proximity to the tourist hot-spots of Dalmatia but still with the charm and peacefulness of a typical Dalmatian island.
Villa Filipa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 individually designed and comfortable double bedrooms. Each room is bright and airy and has been designed with love to create a truly wonderful holiday villa. Split over 2 levels, the villa also boasts a living room and fully equipped kitchen.
The outdoor space is glorious and there are plenty of spaces for guests to relax, both in and out of the midday sun. There are terraces both on the ground and first floor, where you can chill out with a good book or perhaps a cocktail. The private swimming pool is the ideal place to cool off on those hot days and there is also a lawn garden, table tennis and small children’s play area with kids will love.
This villa boasts from a central location and therefore walking distance to all the amenities in the town including restaurants, shops and beaches. Villa Filipa is ideally located on the charming and picturesque little island of Murter which is connected to the mainland and in the region of Dalmatia in Croatia. The island has 4 towns, the older ones are Murter and Jezera and the newer ones are Tisno and Betina.
This pretty island is filled with age-old olive and fig trees which are the traditional crops grown on the island as well as the sandy and gravel beaches dotted along the coastline such as Slanica and Kosirina.
