Built in 2014, Villa Freja boasts three spacious floors of contemporary living space, with friendly open-plan areas alongside cosy, luxurious bedrooms. The interiors are smart and stylish, with beautiful balconies and terraces allowing you to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors.
On the ground floor, you will find three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. One of these rooms offers its en-suite shower, while the other two share a bathroom. The last bedroom can be found on the top floor, boasting a cosy king-size bed and a stunning, private terrace, with breath-taking sea views; the perfect thing to wake up to!
The whole group can come together on the first floor, where a modern, open-plan living area offers ample space to spread out, put your feet up and relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, so you can whip up some tasty, home-cooked meals, with the hardest decision being whether to dine inside or al-fresco on the terrace!
This beautiful living space elegantly leads out to a patio with outdoor sofas and far-reaching views.
With the beach so nearby and a glistening private swimming pool on the terrace, there is little reason to leave the villa! Imagine waking up to the sound of the sea, strolling down for a morning swim, before enjoy lunch cooked on the barbecue, surrounded by your loved ones.
Should you decide to explore the surrounding areas, the towns of Marina and Vinisce are a short drive away, with colourful cafes, restaurants, shops and harbours to enjoy. You can meander the cobbled streets, soaking in the authentic Croatian atmosphere. There is indeed something for everyone! The fabulous town of Sevid is the perfect base for family or friends who wish to make the most of the sublime Dalmatian coastline.
It is incredibly well placed to access nearby sites of interest, including towns, national parks and historical sites, while also enjoying a calm, tranquil and quiet environment. During the day you are just a short walk from the beach.
Amazingly, the villa is only about 30 minutes from the Split airport, making it ideal for the holiday-maker who likes to settle in quickly and not waste time in transit!
The town of Split itself is less than an hour away and is indeed worth a visit. Diocletian’s Palace, the real heart of Split, is a fantastically preserved Roman monument with UNESCO World Heritage site status!
Flourishing with activity, enjoy a stroll through the many independent shops, cafes and restaurants in the daytime, and be sure to return in the evening, when the winding streets and narrow avenues come alive with music and chatter!
The bars come in all shapes and sizes and can be found tucked away among the trees, through secret doorways and hidden in tiny passageways.
To experience the surreal natural beauty of the area, be sure to visit the Krka National Park, only about an hour’s drive away, and if you have the time – the Plitviče Lakes National Park, about two and a half hours away, is a haven of sparkling turquoise lakes joined across 16 terraces by powerful, beautiful waterfalls.
