Villa Gigi is a stunning, extremely elegant, fabulously appointed villa built within the past few years. 
Fully air-conditioned accommodation is provided for 8-10 guests. 
The living space of open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is situated on the ground floor of the villa.  There is absolutely nothing you could wish for that isn’t incorporated into this area, it is truly fabulous!
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, a breakfast bar with bar chairs has been included for helpers, or, onlookers drinking sundowners, this leads to the inside dining area over which there is a chandelier for which there are no words, stunning! The wall of glass in the lounge lead out onto the terrace and the infinity pool, the lounge also features a cosy carpet and fireplace for the cooler evenings or holidays taken outwith the summer months.
Leaving this open plan area is the elaborate staircase with intricate wrought banister to accentuate the natural light within the villa leading to the first floor bedrooms. 
There are 4 stunning bedrooms with luxurious ensuite facilities and doors opening onto their own terrace, each with glorious views overlooking the infinity pool, Kvarner Bay, the city of Rijeka and the islands of Krk and Cres. 
Within the villa there is a fitness suite equipped with the very best of equipment to suit even the most energetic of guests, a water rower, walking machine, weights and indoor pool, for the less energetic a sauna, pool table and games consoles are provided.
The outside of this incredible villa has been just as thoughtfully designed as the interior, loungers for all guests situated around the incredible infinity pool with heating and massage options, an outdoor covered dining area on the terrace, the wrought theme continues here on the dining chairs and tall chairs around the pool, and of course a barbeque on which to cook some of the amazing local seafood.
The spacious secluded garden is immaculately maintained with plenty space for badminton and outside games.
One of the real WOW factors of this superb property is the lighting, internally by day amazing, externally by night, truly breathtaking.Villa Gigi, a lavish modern villa albeit secluded, is a total contrast to most of Moscenice a small hilltop coastal village in which it lies on the Istrian Peninsula. The village sits 170 meters above the stunning beach at Moscenicka Draga connected by 750 steps for the fit and energetic or 2km by bus or by car.
Moscenice village itself is a beautifully preserved maze of narrow streets lined by stone houses in a circular arrangement with the outside walls acting as walls of the fortress as it was in medieval times. It is listed as a Croatian architectural heritage site.
There are excellent restaurants, cafes and bars serving local produce – scampi being a particular speciality. Of particular interest within the village is the beautiful old St. Andrew Church, the bell tower of which can be seen for miles, you can waken in the morning to the gentle sound of the bells ringing, there is also the local ethnographic museum and an old olive extraction mill.
Moscenice is a popular starting point for hikers on their way to the trails to old abandoned villages on Ucka mountain.
Should you feel the need to leave Villa Gigi and the quaint village of Moscenice you will find the small city of Opatija 22km away where there are supermarkets and a greater choice of restaurants, bars and nightlife.
Villa Gigi looks over the Kvarner bay to the city of Rijeka 29km and the islands of KRK and Cres. Rijeka is Croatia’s third largest city, a bustling blend of the old and the new.  Due to its proximity to the airport 26km most people pass it by en route to their holiday destination, it does however offer many day trips, considered to be the gateway to Croatian Islands. Should you find yourselves taking a day trip to Rijeka an alternative to the usual tourist haunts is the fabulous ‘Peek and Poke Computer Museum’ guaranteed to be a trip down memory lane for the grown-ups and super fun interactive experience for children.
Krk is connected to the mainland by a toll bridge, when built one of the longest concrete bridges in the world. Rijeka international airport is also located on the island.
