Villa Hagne is located in the port town of Orebić on the Pelješac Peninsula. Orebić is known for its rich vegetation of pine trees, olive trees and agaves, as well as its sandy beaches with clear water and vineyards with quality wines. Due to the town’s location on the Dalmatian coast, it has a mild Mediterranean climate. Orebić’s closest airport is Dubrovnik located at 130 km from the villa. This stunning and spacious villa is situated in a peaceful residential area, the interior has been tastefully designed with a lovely mix of modern and classical décor. Villa Hagne can accommodate up to 8 guests making it a great choice for a family vacation or a large group of friends. On the lower level of the property, you will find most of the villa’s rooms and facilities. There are 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, one of the bedrooms has its own entrance making it easier to access the pool and kitchen area without disturbing others. The open plan design of the living space makes this a great social area, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a comfy airy lounge. On the upper level, you will find the stylishly renovated attic, this open-plan space has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a beautiful freestanding bath. The outside area is surrounded by high hedges and trees which give you a lovely private setting to relax in. There is a private swimming pool ready for you to take a dip in and sun loungers, umbrellas and a few small side tables ready for you to lay back and soak up the sun with a drink by your side. If you want to enjoy a meal outside then there is a barbecue, table and chair set and extra seating set in the shade. Some additional perks of Villa Hagne is the private sauna, a small protected and shaded courtyard with extra seating and free use of the fitness centre located at 500 metres from the property. The villa has air-conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi available and private parking with direct access to the pool and terrace.The central location of Villa Hagne means it is close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy, the beach can also be reached within a 12-minute walk. The closest beach is Trstenica Beach, this thin and long stretch of beach is one of the most popular in the Pelješac Peninsula, it offers beautiful views and has a sand and fine pebble shore with clean and clear water. The beach is backed by a promenade which is great for a stroll and pine trees which offer shaded areas. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from and sunbeds and umbrella hire is available. Some of the activities to do are snorkelling and water skiing, and you can also rent jet skis and boats. If you enjoy walking or cycling there are plenty of trails in Orebić to choose from, this is a lovely way to explore the local area. But if you fancy a bit more of a challenge then why not hike to the top of Sveti Ilija Mountain, the highest peak on the Pelješac peninsula. There are 4 routes that lead to the top and once there you will be rewarded with stunning views. Some of the local attractions in Orebić include a 15th-century Franciscan monastery which is home to the icon of Our Lady of the Angels the protector of sailors, the Maritime Museum where you can learn about the history and culture of Orebić and the 17th century Church of Our Lady of Karmen located on a hilltop which offers beautiful views of Korcula. If you want to explore somewhere different for the day then take a trip to Korcula town, passenger ferries leave from Orebić port and take around 15 minutes. Korcula is rich in history and has a beautiful old town. Some of Korcula’s main sites include St. Mark’s Square and cathedral, the Marco Polo Museum and Revelin Tower and The Land Gate. The Pelješac peninsula is known for its stunning vineyards and excellent wines, some popular varieties include Dingac and Postup.
