All four of your marvellous bedrooms can be found on the first floor and include three doubles and one single room. All three doubles have majestic king-size beds with elaborate headboards, TVs and access to the balcony via huge patio doors, where you can relish the scenic panorama, while the single bedroom offers a sofa bed. These magnificent double bedrooms also feature sublime en-suite bathrooms, with marble tiling and incredible showers. The single bedroom is fitted with a sofa bed suitable for any extra guests.
Finally, head out to this magnificent terrace where a huge, heated pool sits at the heart of your immense terrace. A glass fencing ensures wherever you choose to settle in, you can appreciate these dazzling sea views over a sea of tree-tops and terracotta roofs, so typical of the region. Laze on a lounger or perch at this fantastic bar at the outdoor kitchen, where you can fire up the BBQ and tuck into some tasty treats! Casual seating across both levels of the terrace ensures you can enjoy the views and the sunshine in blissful comfort.
This is a truly fascinating location, with the beaches under 500 meters away, and yet the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina just over a kilometre away in the other direction! And the thriving town of Dubrovnik, of Game of Thrones fame, is just a little further away, to the north. And yet, right on your doorstep, you will find miles upon miles of totally unspoilt nature for you to explore! Villa Izak is perfectly placed to enjoy the history, culture and fabulous climate of Croatia, just 500 meters from the beaches, and a short drive from one of Croatia’s most famous towns: Dubrovnik.
Dubrovnik itself is a picturesque, unique and magical masterpiece. In amongst the winding cobbled streets and large, beautiful squares of its Old Town, you will find endless tiny restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes. Each twist and turn brings a new delight – from the baroque St. Blaise Church to the Renaissance Sponza Palace and the Gothic Rector’s Palace, historical and architectural masterpieces are tucked away in this majestic walled-city.
Take a bird’s eye view of the town with a stroll around the huge 16th century stone walls of the city, and admire the terracotta roofs, so typical of the region, as the sun glints on the deep cinnamon tiles and the sea shimmers in the distance. This is the most traditional and beautiful sight of Croatia!
