Three stylishly finished, minimalist yet chic bedrooms offer restorative calm along with quality cotton bedlinen and thick, fluffy towels; each bedroom is finished with a calming and neutral palette, offset by accents of vivid colour which add personality and verve! The sedate aura of calm emanates from these stylishly finished spaces, along with their wooden floorboards, ambient lighting and wonderful views.
Six guests can be accommodated across three bedrooms; two doubles and one twin bedroom, whilst the living space comprises a light-filled, sleek open-plan space offering sedate and unfussy living space, ideal for the whole family to relax and unwind. A sumptuous corner sofa offers ample lounging potential, and a table football set will provide hours of evening fun.
There is an informal dining space, for stunning family meals, within the breezy airy, open-plan living space, whilst a traditional arch based entry leads into the immaculately equipped kitchen. Clad in soft timber tones and charcoal, this slick space offers abundant self catering facilities, leading directly onto the dining veranda. With top range appliances, self-catering will be a breeze!
When it comes to evening time, and the sun softens over the views, guests will be able to recline on the covered roof terrace with a bottle of local wine enjoying tranquility and sea breezes.

Fažana is a quaint fishing village which has slowly become a small tourist town on the Western coast of Istria, just a short distance from Pula. The region is known for its world famous national park, Brijuni. Offering beaches, promenades, stunning nature and wonderful local cuisine, Fažana makes for a wonderful Croatian experience.
A smattering of family-run restaurants on the Fažana seafront offer local specialties of fish and meat, whilst children are made most welcome!
Nearby Pula is the capital of Istria, known for its charming coastal atmosphere, historical centre, elegant Italian influences and bustling markets; this is a wonderful base from which to explore both Istria and the rugged Dalmation coast.
Whilst a car is needed to explore the nearby coastal towns; guests will be able to stroll into the village easily, and some key attractions such as the Pula Arena, the Istrian Museum of contemporary art are a short drive away.
Vrsar is a quaint little fishermen’s village located between Pula and Rovinj. The town has more than two thousand years of historical heritage and is home to several biking and hiking trails.
Ronvinj has a stunning harbour and marina, some fabulous rock faces for sea-diving as well as cobbled, historical charm and a vibrant market.
Awash with history and fresh, affordable cuisine, Pula boasts stretches of glittering Adriatic coastland and the most complete Roman colosseum in the world.
