Tucked on the most peaceful part of the Pašman island just 100 meters from the beach, Villa Jaksa is a vibrant and beautiful home with totally contemporary furnishing!
These stylish interiors have been designed in a superb open-plan style, with the living space semi-open-air, ensuring you can enjoy the finest aspects of a tranquil holiday in the sunshine! A large sliding glass door divides the space, with a kitchen/dining room to one side, and a living ara to the other. The living area comprises a set of sofas and chairs in front of a large satellite TV, right alongside the pool terrace, while on the other side of the panel is an elegant dining space for up to eight guests. Sleek monochrome fittings add to the sophisticated appeal of the sublime kitchen, with all the latest mod cons so you can prepare everything from a quick snack to a full feast with great pleasure.
There are three superb bedrooms alongside these living areas, all located on the ground floor. All three are incredibly vibrant, with rich colours splashed across a feature wall and fabulous modern designs. There’s a huge TV mounted on the wall of each, plenty of storage and of course, an immense king-size bed at the heart of all three rooms. There are two wonderful bathrooms accompanying the bedrooms, including one ensuite and one shared, and both have vast walk-in showers set in a sparkling, elegant bathroom. All three rooms have direct access to the garden through a huge set of patio doors, bringing the best of the Croatian lifestyle to your fingertips.
Your pool terrace is perfectly integrated into the home, putting a refreshing dip in the pool right at your fingertips. The pool stretches along the terrace, set in a beautiful environment and inviting you to cool off in its depths as you bask in the sunshine. Six loungers running alongside the pool are perfect for a spot of sunbathing and soaking up the fresh sea air. There’s a gas grill here too, so you can spice up mealtimes and indulge in something a little different, all while enjoying this fresh air.
You’ll find a beautiful beach just 100 meters away, with shops, restaurants and even a ferry port within just two and a half kilometres, putting everything you could need just a stone’s throw away. There are two beach bars under a five-minute walk away, and tons more facilities within a short drive.

Each property can be rented individually, but the villas may also work well for larger groups looking to stay together while maintaining individual privacy. Villa Jaksa is located in the most wonderful area to enjoy the rich forested interiors and dazzling turquoise sea and often dramatic coast. The nearby beach of Tratica is one of the shallowest, safest beaches on the island and promises soft sands and sublime views.
Your local town of Kraj, placed on the southeast side of the island, offers a view of the Pašman channel and the islands Mali and Veliki Dužac, making it a memorable spot for a day visit. It hosts two sandy beaches, a historic old centre and the 14th century Franciscan monastery of St. Dujam.
The island of Pašman is one of over 3,000 islands in Croatia. It is most famous for having the proportionately largest green surface area for its size of all the islands, and also for its fantastic churches and unbeatable sandy beaches! Cycling and hiking opportunities abound, with some of the most beautiful views including Kornati, the Pašman channel and Vransko Lake. Authentic cuisine, lively entertainment and breath-taking scenery will entice you to make the most of every day on this enchanting island.
You’re also less than 40km from the dazzling city of Zadar, to the north, which hosts the soothing and enchanting Sea Organ which creates a soft song as the waves wash up against the harbour. Meanwhile, about two and half hours to the south is Split, home to the extraordinary Diocletian Palace, the 4th century palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian!
Two cycle paths span the entire length of the island, one for mountain biking, and one more gentle path for leisurely riding. They are well marked and form a loop around the island for a perfect active day out! Indeed, active holiday-makers will be delighted with the offerings of both the island and the mainland, including windsurfing, scuba diving, rock climbing, hang-gliding, and walking. Both along the dramatic coastal paths and in the mountains inland, you will find an abundance of pristine paths for cycling and rugged off-road hiking trails.
