Ninety square meters of living space provides tons of room for the whole group to settle into their perfect spot – be it in this epic outdoor lounge or among this wonderful kitchen and dining area. In this lovely living area, you can chill on one of the plush sofas as you recover from a day of adventure and exploration. Stepping inside through the immense sliding glass doors you’re met by a vast dining table with five chairs and a long bench, with the kitchen stretching along the other wall. Soft greys, sparkling silvers and a dark wood floor continue this sense of style, while the kitchen is a mass of dazzling white fittings! This mainly monochrome design extends across the remaining rooms of this villa, exuding charm and sense of calm throughout. Choose between three vibrant, warm and welcoming bedrooms for a stunning private environment in which to relax and unwind. All three are double rooms, while one can be prepared as a twin if preferred. One room has a sparkling en-suite bathroom, while there is a second shared between the two other rooms. Both feature beautiful, elegant facilities, including a huge walk-in rain-shower in each.
Finally, for the jewel in the crown of this enchanting villa – step out into the dazzling sunshine which streams across your fabulous pool deck and take a dip in this immense private pool! Loungers alongside the pool (and even one in it!) are the perfect place for a little sunbathing as you enjoy the peace of this rural location. A grill out here offers the chance to fire up a few delicious meals and tuck in alfresco!

Each property can be rented individually, but the villas may also work well for larger groups looking to stay together while maintaining individual privacy. Just a stone’s throw from the beach and a short walk from various facilities, Villa Jozo is located in the most wonderful area to enjoy the rich forested interiors and dazzling turquoise sea and often dramatic coast.
The nearby beach of Tratica is one of the shallowest, safest beaches on the island and promises soft sands and sublime views. Your local town of Kraj, placed on the southeast side of the island, offers views of the Pašman channel and the islands Mali and Veliki Dužac, making it a memorable spot for a day visit. It hosts two sandy beaches, a historic old centre and the 14th century Franciscan monastery of St. Dujam.
Authentic cuisine, lively entertainment and breath-taking scenery will entice you to make the most of every day on this enchanting island. Indeed, the island of Pašman is one of over 3,000 islands in Croatia and is most famous for having the proportionately largest green surface area for its size of all the islands, and also for its fantastic churches and unbeatable sandy beaches! Cycling and hiking opportunities abound, with some of the most beautiful views including Kornati, the Pašman channel and Vransko Lake.
The dazzling city of Zadar is well worth a visit, and it’s only around 40km away to the north. It hosts the soothing and enchanting Sea Organ which creates a soft song as the waves wash up against the harbour, providing a perfect evening of entertainment, as travellers and locals alike gather to enjoy its music. Meanwhile, about two and half hours to the south is Split, home to the extraordinary Diocletian Palace, the 4th century palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian!
Two cycle paths span the entire length of the island, one for mountain biking, and one more gentle path for leisurely riding. They are well marked and form a loop around the island for a perfect active day out! Indeed, active holiday-makers will be delighted with the offerings of both the island and the mainland, including windsurfing, scuba diving, rock climbing, hang-gliding, and walking. Both along the dramatic coastal paths and in the mountains inland, you will find an abundance of pristine paths for cycling and rugged off-road hiking trails.
