Villa Kastel is a modern, spacious property, situated in a fabulous location under the mountain of Kozjak, overlooking the beautiful Kaštela bay. This picturesque setting is ideal for a retreat away in the sunshine with your family or friends.
The ground floor boasts a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, along with a sociable dining and living room space. The living room offers a comfy sofa and a sofa bed in case anyone decided to sleep downstairs. There is a bathroom with a luxury jacuzzi tub, where you can sit back and relax, making the most of time away from the hustle and bustle of ordinary life. On the second floor, you’ll find four lovely bedrooms, two doubles, one twin room and a room with a single bed and playroom, perfect for children. There is a further bathroom on this floor as well for your use.
The villa boasts a big terrace on the first floor and three on the second, all overlooking the fabulous views offered of Kaštelas bay and the town of Split. Outside in the arbor, there is a barbecue area, with a big dining table for al-fresco dining. Guests can enjoy sitting in the arbor by day, reading their books and enjoying the views of the Kozjak mountain, or by night enjoying a glass of wine in the relaxed, romantic atmosphere. Guests can also pick seasonal vegetables from the garden, and fresh seafood and meat along with authentic Croatian products can be provided so you can cook in a truly Croatian style in this fabulous property!
Villa Kastel’s great location, makes visiting the charming, UNESCO city of Trogir a must and with Split only a short 20-minute drive away you can take a day trip to see some of the beautiful sites on offer! This villa offers something for everyone, an ideal holiday away.Located approximately 10 minutes drive away from the historical town of Trogir. The villa provides an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding region which features such sites as the waterfalls of Krka National Park and the medieval city of Sibenik and its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral.
