Two king-size rooms and one super-king or twin room are all distributed across this ground floor, one with a fabulous ensuite and two sharing the second bathroom. All three are enchanting, with simple yet striking designs, including vibrant feature walls, a large wall-mounted TV in each and a beautiful combination of colours and styles. Each also features direct garden access ideal for those who like to be in the thick of the action – with the fabulous pool and sunshine just seconds away!
This lovely garden will have you feeling totally luxuriated as you relax by your private pool and soak up the sunshine! And by night, tasteful lighting across the space and in the pool itself bring the garden to life – so you can settle in with a drink in hand for an enjoyable evening of winding down and gazing at the stars! There’s a BBQ for alfresco meals and private parking to save you searching for a spot each time you head out.
In this location, you’re just 100m away from the dazzling beach which offers fabulous swimming opportunities, while you’re a short walk from countless other beaches, bars and more so you’ll find fun and adventure just a stone’s throw away. The village of Kraj is just a little further north along this picturesque coastline, and you’re only a few minutes from the larger towns of the mainland, including lively Zadar, ­­­­about 40km away!

Each property can be rented individually, but the villas may also work well for larger groups looking to stay together while maintaining individual privacy. Villa Kensinja is located in the most wonderful area to enjoy the rich forested interiors and dazzling turquoise sea and often dramatic coast.
The nearby beach of Tratica is one of the shallowest, safest beaches on the island and promises soft sands and sublime views. Your local town of Kraj, placed on the southeast side of the island, offers views of the Pašman channel and the islands Mali and Veliki Dužac, making it a memorable spot for a day visit. It hosts two sandy beaches, a historic old centre and the 14th century Franciscan monastery of St. Dujam.
The island of Pašman is one of over 3,000 islands in Croatia and is most famous for having the proportionately largest green surface area for its size of all the islands, and also for its fantastic churches and unbeatable sandy beaches! Cycling and hiking opportunities abound, with some of the most beautiful views including Kornati, the Pašman channel and Vransko Lake. Authentic cuisine, lively entertainment and breath-taking scenery will entice you to make the most of every day on this enchanting island.
You’re also less than 40km from the dazzling city of Zadar, to the north, which hosts the soothing and enchanting Sea Organ which creates a soft song as the waves wash up against the harbour. Meanwhile, about two and half hours to the south is Split, home to the extraordinary Diocletian Palace, the 4th century palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian!
Two cycle paths span the entire length of the island, one for mountain biking, and one more gentle path for leisurely riding. They are well marked and form a loop around the island for a perfect active day out! Indeed, active holiday-makers will be delighted with the offerings of both the island and the mainland, including windsurfing, scuba diving, rock climbing, hang-gliding, and walking.
