Tucked just a short distance from the beach and amongst beautiful, natural surroundings, Villa Kresimira is a charming three-bedroom property which oozes class and sophistication.
Your interiors are stylish and sumptuous, with three fantastic bedrooms and a gorgeous dining kitchen. Along one wall, the kitchen stretches in a sea of dazzling white panels with a heart of sleek black, with all the equipment you could desire to create delicious meals. And these meals can be enjoyed by all at the adjoining elegant table with five chairs and a large bench to seat the whole group for memorable mealtimes. With a full set of French doors along the far wall, as well as a wall of glass leading into the lounge and pool deck, there’s tons of natural light permeating this beautiful space.
All three bedrooms are located on this ground floor. A feature wall in each adds a real sense of character to the otherwise minimalist designs, with a range of futuristic and floral artwork that brings vibrant life to each sublime room. Two have a king-size bed each, while one can be prepared as either a super-king size bed or two single beds, on request. One room has an en-suite bathroom while the other two share a sparkling shower room. Both include a huge walk-in shower and glamorous styling, ensuring you’ll feel totally comfortable and content!
And finally – step out onto this incredible pool terrace and admire the sunlight twinkling across the surface of your immense pool! With loungers all across the garden and even in the pool, you can sunbathe in total style in this superb garden. The lounge itself is also located out here, tucked in the shade but fabulously open-air – ideal for those who simply love a little fresh air! There’s also private parking right outside the villa, so you won’t have to bother finding a parking spot each day.
The local area is abounding with unspoilt nature, beautiful forests and impressive coastlines, of both the mainland and many of the other 3000+ islands of the archipelago! Your nearest beach, for instance, is just 100 meters away, while there are several of the islands most famous within walking distance, or just a short drive.

Each property can be rented individually, but the villas may also work well for larger groups looking to stay together while maintaining individual privacy. Villa Kresimira is located in the most wonderful area to enjoy the rich forested interiors and dazzling turquoise sea and often dramatic coast.
Your local town of Kraj, placed on the southeast side of the island, offers views of the Pašman channel and the islands Mali and Veliki Dužac, making it a memorable spot for a day visit. Some of the most beautiful views also include Kornati and Vransko Lake. It hosts two sandy beaches, a historic old centre and the 14th century Franciscan monastery of St. Dujam.
Authentic cuisine, lively entertainment and breath-taking scenery will entice you to make the most of every day on this enchanting island. The island of Pašman is one of over 3000 islands in Croatia and is most famous for having the proportionately largest green surface area for its size of all the islands, and also for its fantastic churches and unbeatable sandy beaches!
You’re also less than 40km from the dazzling city of Zadar, to the north, which hosts the soothing and enchanting Sea Organ which creates a soft song as the waves wash up against the harbour. Meanwhile, about two and half hours to the south is Split, home to the extraordinary Diocletian Palace, the 4th century palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian!
Two cycle paths span the entire length of the island, one for mountain biking, and one more gentle path for leisurely riding. They are well marked and form a loop around the island for a perfect active day out! Indeed, active holiday-makers will be delighted with the offerings of both the island and the mainland, including windsurfing, scuba diving, rock climbing, hang-gliding, and walking. Both along the dramatic coastal paths and in the mountains inland, you will find an abundance of pristine paths for cycling and rugged off-road hiking trails. Zadar has the nearest international airport, within about an hour and a half’s drive from the villa.
