From the moment you arrive at Villa Lilita the stunning views say it all! Looking out over Splitska, with sweeping views across the blue azure of the Adriatic, you will feel like you are in paradise. The villa rises up over two stories, with balconies and a large terrace, from which you can gaze out to the horizon, soaking in the stunning setting from wherever you are in the villa.
This charming villa is a true escape from the hustle of tourist towns and hectic day to day lives. Splitska offers a small village setting with local restaurants and a charming buzz, perfect for spending quality time with your loved ones, away from any interruptions and distractions. The villa combines traditional and contemporary styles, with natural materials merging with a simple colour palette and modern furnishings to create a unique, relaxing atmosphere. There is plenty of room for eight guests, carefully balancing indoor and outdoor living spaces.
On the ground floor the main living space is open-plan, with a few steps between the lounge and the kitchen and dining area. The entire space feels bright and modern, with plenty of room for everyone to spend time together, curling up on the sofas, cooking in the kitchen and gathering around the dining table. Glass doors lead out onto the terrace, where you can hop straight in the heated pool, or sit back on a lounger, topping up your sun tan!
Upstairs the villa boasts four spacious bedrooms, all with their own private bathrooms. There is one twin room and three doubles, two of which lead out onto a stunning balcony. The balcony boasts a luxury jacuzzi, where you can sink down into the bubbling water, gazing out at the views and immersing yourself in the holiday atmosphere.
Outside, the terrace wraps around the villa, with quiet corners where you can dine al-fresco, open spaces where you can read your book on a sun lounger and of course the large heated swimming pool! The barbecue area is perfect for preparing delicious meals, and we promise there is nothing better than dining outside, staring out at the views and imagining swimming in the sea.
Villa Lilita is located in the ancient village of Splitska on the island of Brač. Positioned up on the hillside with sweeping views across the town and the sea, the villa feels like its own private paradise, where you can enjoy the seemingly endless sunshine and breath-taking scenery. Splitska is the ideal getaway if you really want to get away from the hustle and bustle, enjoying peace and tranquillity with your loved ones. The permanent population of the village is less than 400 people, most of whom make a living from the local vineyards and olive trees, creating an authentic feel to the place. There is a beautiful little beach, as well as a few small eateries, bars and shops for you to enjoy, with no big hotels, just small apartments and private villas, the atmosphere is always calm and relaxing.
Across the rest of the island you can explore peaceful, sleepy villages, combined with stunning beaches and historical sites. Brač sits in central Dalmatia and is the highest of the Adriatic islands due to the Vidova Gora which stands at a staggering 778 metres. You can drive up or walk up to the peak, taking in the breath-taking views over the sea and nearby islands as you go, picking where you want to explore the next day. The island is bursting with amazing local restaurants and authentic island life, with fresh seafood, traditional architecture and outdoor adventures for you to enjoy throughout your stay!
Brač is well-known for its beautiful white limestone and olive oil. There is only one active quarry left on the island, with the stone being just as popular as it once was, you will see it on all the other islands and mainland and of course everywhere on Brač itself. The famed olive oil from the island is produced from a very rare type of olive grown in abundance on the island, making great gifts to take back to loved ones at home.
When it comes to the beach, Zlatni Rat is one of Croatia’s most famed beaches. It is located in Bol which is one of the liveliest parts of the island, bustling with bars and restaurants, nestled in amongst the perfect sandy shores, with the warm Adriatic Sea sweeping up to the shore – a truly remarkable place to visit.
