Deep in the dense green forests of the southernmost point of Croatia, directly on the border with Montenegro and under an hour from the vibrant alleys of Dubrovnik, Villa Marta is a mystical villa built for total luxury, in the most romantic and awe-inspiring natural location!
The moment you cross the threshold you will appreciate the modern design and elegance of this breath-taking villa! Refurbished in just 2017, the interiors are totally sleek and stylish, with a bright and airy atmosphere, and a warm glow which floods in through the vast patio doors. In the delightful living room there is a huge smart TV in front of a set of comfy sofas, and direct access to the wonderful garden beyond. The kitchen is totally modern and luxurious to use, with a large dining area for the whole group to gather for meal times. Throughout the villa you will find décor and artwork which reflects the magical world outside, with vibrant blue seas, endless skies and traditional terracotta-roofed homes.
On this ground floor there is the first of four bright and welcoming double bedrooms. The remaining three are found on the first-floor. The ground floor room enjoys direct access onto the wonderful pool terrace, while the upstairs rooms all have an incredible balcony from which to enjoy the dazzling sunshine and peaceful surroundings.  Two of the rooms enjoy fantastic ensuite facilities while the other two rooms share a delightful family bathroom – all of which are modern and well-equipped.
The peace and tranquillity of the rural location can be felt in every inch of the home, and most of all in the magnificent garden. Of course, the private pool and sun terrace are the undoubtable highlight, providing the most extraordinary calm and beauty for a dip in the refreshing depths of the water. Yet all around the pool are more fabulous spots to spend a little time! Immediately outside you will find a large veranda, complete with a casual seating area where you can gaze out over the countryside. To one side there is a second, covered area, with a huge barbeque and dining area, where you can prepare a meal in the summer kitchen and make the most of the enchanting location with an alfresco meal! The property is fully fenced and complete with a children’s play area, table football and even badminton, making it ideal for families!
You’re just a short walk from the authentic Croatian village of Vitaljina and the town of Molunat, known for its beaches and fresh fish restaurants, is just a ten-minute drive away.Villa Marta is perfectly placed to enjoy the famously beautiful natural landscape of Croatia, tucked away in the forests and right beside the beach! And on top of this, you can soak up the history, culture and fabulous traditions of the cities, as you’re under an hour from Dubrovnik!
Dubrovnik itself is a feast for the eyes. In amongst the winding cobbled streets and vast, beautiful squares of its Old Town you will find endless tiny restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes. Each twist and turn brings a new delight – from the baroque St. Blaise Church to the Renaissance Sponza Palace and the Gothic Rector’s Palace, historical and architectural masterpieces are tucked away in this majestic walled-city.
Take a bird’s eye view of the town with a stroll around the huge 16th century stone walls of the city, and admire the terracotta roofs, so typical of the region, as the sun glints on the deep cinnamon tiles and the sea shimmers in the distance. This is the most traditional and beautiful sight of Croatia!
