Situated on a huge 980 sqm plot in the small village of Sestanova, between Omis and the Makarska Riviera, it is a wonderful mix of seclusion yet so close to incredible beaches, nightlife and fabulous restaurants. The design of this new villa is wonderful. It blends various contemporary materials in a beautiful way to make it a very relaxing, easy house to stay in. The 8m x 4.5m pool is impressive with its bench giving hydromassage. So relaxing at the end of a busy day! Or perhaps you will not even want to leave the villa on some days! The terrace is spacious with sun loungers, umbrellas, covered outdoor dining area and barbecue. There is also an outdoor lounge area perfect to pick up that holiday read! The views of the mountains are dazzling. It is so peaceful. This villa is splendid for families as it also has a grassed area with a swing and slide for children. The outdoor area is completely enclosed so it is very safe and stress-free with young children. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is delightful, so streamlined and immaculate. The fresh furnishings are extremely tasteful. The kitchen is perfect for preparing fabulous holiday dinners. The views from the huge glass doors are beautiful. The sleeping area has 4 exquisite bedrooms, all with king beds though 2 can be split into single beds if you prefer. All bedrooms have televisions and there are 2 exquisite family bathrooms
Sestanovac is absolutely charming, set on the hills in a peaceful location with panoramic views over the Biokovo nature park. The fragrant pine trees, olive groves and Mediterranean plants are lush and stunning. You feel away from it all and yet it is so close to beautiful beaches and lively towns.
 
Mimice, below Sestanovac has 2 public beaches with shallow waters, car-free coastline and peace and quiet. There are pleasant restaurants and a tavern in Mimice’s old part with Dalmation ambience. You can enjoy freshly caught fish prepared with homemade olive oil and Mimice’s own wine!
 
Close by is the magnificent ‘pirate’ town Omis which offers many historical attractions and restaurants. The 13th century pirate Fortress Mirabella offers an astonishing view over the Brac bay. A perfect day out is the Cetina River with its phenomenal canyon and lush sensational scenery. Thrill-seeking guests will create amazing holiday memories zip-lining across the canyon, rafting in the rapids, kayaking or even paragliding! 
 
The beautiful towns of Sinj, Imotski and Vrgorac are also worth visiting. The shades of green reflect from the fertile Sinj fields and with the steel grey of the mountains and the turquoise lustre of the bewitching Centina river, it is stunning countryside, nestled between the glorious Kamesnica, Svilaja and Dinara mountains. Imotski is known as the land of epic nature and poetic people! Imotski caught media attention when a group of Austrian slackliners walked across the world’s third-biggest sinkhole at the Red Lake. The community at Vrgorac are very proud of their strawberry and prosciutto industry. It is very charming.
 
Makarska is popular for its nature park, nightlife, harbour, beach and shopping and delicious food available in the restaurants and cafes in Kacic Square.
