Villa Pasul is a grand and homely villa situated in Porec, one of the most well-known and most modern holiday resorts. Upon your entrance to the villa, what will hit you straightaway are the abundance of activities which are already included with this villa: a play area for children, a private pool, and table tennis. There are also stunning views of some more beautiful Croatian villas which surround this villa. Upon entering the villa, you are hit with the modern and grand, open-plan living and dining area which is perfect for socialising and has an extremely homely feel to it. The dining table comfortably seats eight people, which is perfect for a beautiful family meal after a day in the sunshine. The kitchen is bright, modern and well equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, freezer and an electric coffee machine, which makes your night in even more perfect. From the living/dining area, you can exit onto the stunning terrace which houses ample entertainment and space – perfect for a family.  
On the ground floor, there is one room which has satellite TV (perfect for children), air conditioning, a separate shower room and access onto the terrace. This would be a perfect space for a teenager looking for their own space as well as spending time with their family. Upstairs, you will find a further double beautiful room with satellite TV, air-conditioning     and a large shower room. Additionally, there are two more rooms, housing the same amenities as the other but one bedroom has two beds and one has one French bed. As you can see, this villa is a perfect family spot as it is clear that the bedrooms accommodate that. To top off these glorious bedrooms, all have access to the terrace where again, you can admire the stunning views from sunrise to sunset.
Villa Pasul is a private property with a large garden, a lawn, a wildlife garden, a beautiful terrace, table tennis, a play area, a barbeque and a swimming pool allowing you to relax in the water or around the terrace or garden area as there are plenty of deck chairs for those guests who would like to soak up the beautiful Croatian sunshine whilst the children play in this fantastic space. This villa provides ample space outside, as well as inside, which is ideal for those groups with children as there is a lot of space for them to play. This villa is situated in a neighbourhood and so it is very safe and quiet – what more could you want from a family holiday? As this villa is situated in the Western part of the Peninsula, it is directly by the sea where you can all enjoy a gorgeous and exquisite pebble beach which the entire group can enjoy if you fancy a day out from the pool at the villa. You will be greeted by the beautiful, clear and blue sea which the entire family can enjoy – this is particularly favourable by those guests with children as they adore playing in the sea. What’s more, you can enjoy many water sports in this location, including: diving, sailing, surfing, canoeing, rowing, fishing and many land sports too.
