Villa Pavils sits right on the sea front, with the fresh sea breeze weaving its way through the terraces and balconies, whilst the villa looks out to the ever-changing landscape of the Adriatic. At moments it feels as though you are in a light house, perched on the edge of the sea, watching boats sail past and waves rush in. Throughout the property there is a relaxed atmosphere, with modern furnishings blended with character features to create a warm and welcoming holiday home, with special touches that make your holiday feel completely unique. 
Within the villa the main living space is bright and open-plan with windows looking straight out along the coast. The room includes a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, a small dining table and a large sofa where you can put your feet up and relax after busy days exploring Dalmatia! With terraces on each floor the living space is doubled, with plenty of seating outside in the sun, or under the shade of elegant pergolas. There is a fabulous dining room within the villa, boasting a large fireplace and a grand wooden table, where you can gather together as a large group, sharing food, laughter and stories from adventures throughout the holiday! This room is perfect for celebrations, as well as relaxed meals, enjoying each other’s company away from busy day to day lives. There is also a games room in the villa with table-football, so don’t be surprised if the kids disappear off to play half way through a conversation!
The bedrooms create plenty of room for thirteen guests to stay, all with plenty of storage for your belongings. There are four double rooms as well as a twin room and a triple room that is perfect for kids to share! Each of the rooms feels bright and airy, several with doors leading out onto balconies and terraces, encouraging you to step out into the sun from the moment you awake!
Outside, Villa Pavils makes the most of its beautiful setting. The pool looks out towards the sea, so you can enjoy relaxing in the water whilst still gazing out to the horizon. Comfortable seating and sun loungers are dotted throughout the outdoor living spaces, so you can find your own private corner to read a book and enjoy the peaceful nature of this location. Villa Larissa is the perfect base for exploring the Dalmatia coastline, a welcoming holiday home for every guest.
Villa Pavils is located right on the sea front with stunning views out over the blue azure of the Adriatic Sea. Situated in the town of Marina, near to the city of Trogir, you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a beach holiday, as well as the lively, charming streets of an ancient city. Ideal for families or groups of friends, Marina offers a fabulous base from which you can explore so many of Croatia’s wonders, from the stunning Krka and Plitviče Lakes national parks to the UNESCO cities of Trogir and Split.
The local beach is just a short walk away, offering a beautiful pebble shore shaded by olive and pine trees, so you can spend the day under the dappled light from the tree’s branches, staring out to the horizon and watching boats sail across the sea. The entire coastline is dotted with gorgeous beaches and coves, so each day you can visit a new beautiful spot, or maybe even hire a boat to head out an explore the ones that can’t be found from the land! With water sports, scuba diving and snorkelling in abundance there is plenty to keep you busy!A short walk from the villa you will find a couple of eateries and shops, however there are more to choose from in the centre of Marina, a 40-minute walk or short 5-minute drive away. Trogir itself is just a 15-minute drive away and Split is less than an hour, so you will have no trouble finding incredible restaurants and food, nestled into the ancient streets and rich culture of these cities.
Trogir is a stunning place to visit, with a rich culture formed from its varied history, with influences from the Ancient Greeks, the empires of Rome and Byzantium, the Ottomans and the Hapsburgs. With an abundance of palaces, cathedrals and churches to explore, you will be kept busy, after which you can sit down and enjoy the fabulous restaurants and bars. Make sure you try the renowned local grappa, as well as heading to the vibrantly colourful market scene to pick up fresh ingredients for your home cooking!
With Split so nearby, there is little choice but to visit there as well, exploring by foot or hiring a bike to get around. Diocletian’s Palace, the true heart of Split, is a fantastically preserved Roman monument with UNESCO World Heritage site status!
