The villa itself is arranged over two floors, with plenty of space for eight guests to spread out and relax. Perfect for a family or group of friends the layout feels easy and relaxed, designed so you can meander from room to room, inside to outside and around the villa with ease. On the ground floor, the property opens out to boasts a luxury feeling living room and dining space. With a feature fireplace, exposed stone walls, low beamed ceilings and opulent furnishings, there is a really special feel to this space. The kitchen is located in the same room, yet the open-plan nature of the room doesn’t drift away from the intimate, cosy ambience. Everyone can co-exist in this space, designed as much for summer as it is for winter, so no matter the weather, you can feel welcome and at home. The kitchen itself is well-equipped with a stylish breakfast bar so guests can gather around, sharing laughter and conversation as others cook. Social groups will love this space, with doors out to the terrace as well, so the open nature of the living area continues out into the sun.
Throughout the rest of the property, you will find four double bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms and one with an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom is like an individual oasis, with the same luxury feeling furnishings as the rest of the villa. There is nothing better after busy days exploring, than curling up in a comfy bed and drifting off with happy memories of the day just passed.
As you can imagine, Villa Sasa’s elegant style continues out onto the terrace, with luxury loungers and outdoor sofas laid out across the terrace so everyone can enjoy their own private moment as well as space to come together as a group in the evening. The private swimming pool takes pride of place in the centre of the terrace, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days! The Limski Canal has become a well-known attraction for this area, offering beautiful landscapes and some of the best mussels and oysters that you will taste in all of Croatia – a food lovers dream! During your trip we recommend you visit the nearby seaside towns, exploring the breath-taking coastline and enchanting towns. Vrsar, the closest to the villa boasts a picturesque marina, presenting plenty of photo opportunities and of course, the relaxing beach as well. Rovinj is also nearby, a spectacular town that has to be visited. Porec as well boasts a Basilica that can’t be missed and is perfect for a livelier evening, with the waterfront boasting a myriad of local eateries and bars, perfect for a night off from cooking, tasting local delicacies and wine!

Part of the 35 km long Lim Valley (Draga) that stretches almost to the centre of Istria, it is strikingly beautiful and perfect for those who love the outdoors. Steep mountains rise out of the water’s edge, in some parts even up to 100 meters.
