Spread over three floors, the villa has been carefully designed, offering a unique blend of charming character and stylish modern features. As you amble around the property you will find yourself in cosy, warm spaces as well as bright and airy, sociable areas. The front door leads directly into a spacious living and dining area. A glass door leads straight out to a glorious terrace, offering space to dine al-fresco, overlooking the swimming pool and beautiful views. The kitchen is adjacent to this living space, fully-equipped for your use. Throughout this floor, modern furniture and white walls offer a laid-back, elegant atmosphere, with hints of the original building on show. Exposed stone walls lead the way down to the lower ground floor. This is the place to go for those extra luxuries you have been waiting for, a place to ease any worries and leave behind any stress from your day to day life! As you step down, guests are presented with an atmospheric wine cellar, leading through to the indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The four bedrooms can be found on the upper floors, all boasting en-suite bathrooms and comfortable furnishings. The master suite is on the first floor, with an open-style bathroom, relaxed seating area and stunning views across the area!
Outside, the terrace offers the perfect place to soak in some Croatian sunshine and enjoy the views. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, taste some local wine on the outdoor sofas or finish their favourite books on the cosy sun loungers! Villa Yana has something for everyone, it is very hard to leave once you arrive!
