The pool is lovely, and to the side of the villa, you have a quiet reading space with lovely planting. Inside, you immediately appreciate the modern design and decoration. The dining area and kitchen are immaculate.  The stunning floating staircase takes you upstairs to the three striking double bedrooms and the three dazzling bathrooms. Every single detail has been meticulously planned. The open wardrobes, desks and balconies are just perfect. It is all exquisite. The rooftop terrace takes your breath away. You will not want to wait long to relax in the jacuzzi with a glass of bubbles, relishing the beautiful sea view!  For your enjoyment, there are also three bicycles at your disposal.The lovely Vodice is just a bit north of fortress city Sibenik. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops but if you want larger supermarkets then head for Sibenik. If you are interested in the heritage of Vodice, you might want to visit the lovely Church of the St. Cross which was built in 1746 or the Church of Our Lady of Carmel. Two of the most famous national parks of Croatia are within easy reach of this villa. The breathtaking Kornati Archipelago National Park has so many reefs, headlands, islands and bays. It is so stunning to visit on a boat, and there will be plenty of opportunities to swim and snorkel. You will find the stunning Skradinksi Buk waterfalls at the famous Krka National Park. Extending along the 73km Krka River, the park runs from the Adriatic near Sibenik inland to the mountains of the Croatian interior. It is a magical place of gorges and waterfalls, with the river gushing through. You can swim below the waterfalls and take a boat ride. The park has a promenade walk with wooden planks and paths. It is so memorable. The Roski Slap Waterfalls (20km) are stunning as is the magnificent Visovac monastery, located on an island in a magical setting.  There are lovely beaches around Vodice including the Blue Flag Plava Plaza or Blue Beach. It is a pebble beach that stretches from Punta to Tribunj. There are many bars and cafes, and in most parts the beach is shallow. The pebbly Hangar Beach has so much activity – it is a fun place to be. To escape the crowds, Srima beach stretches for almost 2km from Vodice along the whole of Srima. In Zadar, you will see the natural phenomenon of two equally beautiful and yet so different blues – the beautiful Adriatic and the Vrana Lake with its ornithological reserve. You will marvel at the rich history in Zadar. The sunsets are spectacular and to celebrate them a ‘Monument to the Sun’ was built on the edge of the waterfront. It is an all day 22-metre disc which soaks up the solar rays only to dazzle visitors with coloured light patterns as night falls. The Sea Organ is an art installation formed by cleverly cutting steps into the promenade. The underwater pipes make musical sounds as if each wave is sighing!
